Sometimes we are so busy "living life" we forget to acknowledge our own awesomeness all the things we do day to day and the lives we impact around us, whether it be through social media or the internet or to the friends, family and colleagues around us.
Omg story time:
So I was travelling to my mums on Friday. Done a quick dash to Sainsbury's for a few bits (gotta stock up on them gains 💪🏿) and I saw this oriental gentlemen. He looked drunk. Well so I thought at first......
Then he started doing press ups on the floor (the concrete floor that is) and then press ups on his knuckles. I was wondering if he was ok as it was so random lol.
I was in a rush any ways as it was Divali and fire works were popping off everywhere and I was trying to make it to my mums with my vision, hair and body parts intact 😅.
Ps I'm a litter trimmer round the waist than in the vid and will do an updated version in November.

If you know me you know I'm a bit of a list making junkie. Every Sunday I take the time
to set myself up bringing my weekly intentions to the forefront of my mind and also *just 1 or 2* goals for each day. Hands down this is the best prep I have ever done and I am over the moon with how I looked 😃
I had a variety of tasty foods 😋 and was rarely hungry, definitely no cravings. My prep was not rushed and I ate in to the show, so no stress or last minute crazy cardio sessions.
My calorie in take at it's lowest was 1450 🖒 and that was only for a few days during the entire process!! I can't say enough @themacroking knows his stuff!
Super happy 😄 and can't stress enough the importance of having someone who is educated 🎓📚 and genuinely cares 💖 for You by your side.

Okay girls..@annavictoria asked on a scale of 1-10 if we’re owning October. I’d like to give my self a 7. I didn’t have the best first week with food while workouts were still there but after I recommitted to the nutrition part of my journey..I can’t wait to finish out strong💪✌️ We got this!

Late post and it's a long one 🙃
The first picture is a direct representation of determination, mental strength, and the heroic support system I have around me. These 2 weeks have been a doozy. I went from a seemingly perfectly healthy body to not being able to stand up in a matter of days. Gotta say, getting dragged on a towel to go to the bathroom is not a good look. But here I am, 2 trips to the doctor, 2 trips to emerge, bloodwork almost every other day, a (miracle) prescription, and I'm standing on my own. I went the whole day without crutches!
I'm not out of the woods. Usually my elbows hyperextend (see my left arm-the tatted one), but my right arm still can't. My knees still can't straighten fully, still have some inflammation, and they're unstable so I'm stumbly and I tend to hold onto whatever is around me for support. But I'm walking, standing, and most importantly, I'm smiling.
I've had endless support from so many people, I can't even fathom it. It's heart warming to say the least. I can never come close to expressing my gratitude to everyone, but thank you so much. Honestly, thank you.
Man. I gotta say though, my Mom has been incredible. She made me all my food, cleaned, did my laundry, drove me to all of my appointments, sat in emerge with me twice, and binged watched Netlfix with me. She held me when I cried, she made me laugh, she kept me company. Hell, she literally dragged my gimpy ass from the couch to bathroom for 2 days. She even picked my legs up stair to stair when I had to lift (with my arms) my upper body up each step and couldn't get my legs to follow. She then took me out both days this weekend, not to help my body, but to help my soul. She's not just my Mom, but she's my superhero. So thank you Mom. I'd probably be a crying, hungry mess without you.

I wish I could say I have my goals and dreams in life figured out. It would make planning my future much easier. I'm graduating high school soon, and I still have no idea what I plan on doing when the time comes, and that's frightening. There is beauty, however, in uncertainty. Whatever direction I decide to turn in life, I have faith that everything will work out.✨listening to Daniel Caesar and thinking about life, about my future, past, dreams, and everything in between.
