A long with my daily training I'm going to focus on these 2 exercises for the month of January. ----------
If you have any weaknesses it's important to get working on them daily. We are only as good as our weakest link. Rather than going with the flow in our daily routines It's also important to challenge ourselves with something difficult. You get a great satisfaction when you see yourself progressing and once we achieve something we should celebrate before moving on to our next challenge.
In our group classes @enhancedperformancegalway we incorporate daily weekly and monthly challenges to help keep you focused. We also pride ourselves on helping you to master proper technique in all movements and push you in a progressive structured plan that gets results.
Our classes are structured for all fitness levels and ability so don't be afraid to give us a shout. Could be the best decision you ever make.

When she first started with us, she didn't have much self-belief or confidence, having previously tried loads of different gyms.
Her initial goal was to lose weight and she was worried if she could achieve this or not.
Not only has Paula lost weight, her fitness has improved and she is so consistent with her training! Paula is going from strength to strength, gaining confidence, dropping inches an improving her fitness greatly. 💪❤️✅ She's also been a huge addition to the community, always looking after other members, always coming in with a smile on her face, she is a natural born leader.

Having been warned off weights for a few weeks I turned to flexibility. I have realised the great reward and satisfaction in being able to move your body in ways not possible previously. The sense of achievement for me is just as great as running that extra mile or pushing myself with weights. I often found Pilates, yoga stuff boring but I can see the overall benefits and the joy now.

My workstation this afternoon. For anyone suffering from chronic lower back/ pelvic pain, get your hands on one of these. Exercise balls are used to promote circulation in the pelvic region as well as improve spinal posture and strengthen core muscles. Sitting/lightly bouncing on one for 30 mins daily can help reduce your back pain and give some needed relief.
