Par pitié sortez moi de ce cauchemard😞 j’crois aujourd’hui j’ai vécu une des pire journée de ma vie comment vous expliquez la douleur quand on vous plante une première aiguille dans l’os et une deuxième pour injectée un liquide que la sensation est atroce ressenti genou gros comme une maison impossible de bouger un doigts de pieds sans sentir la douleur qui remonte et que les larmes coulent seules tellement c’est fort. J’ai déjà souffert pour des courses,des cross,des séances de piste ou tu vomies à la fin mais tu souffres quoi les 20dernieres secondes ? “Sometimes freedom comes from being on a regimen.” — @autumncalabrese YESSSSS!!! Someone finally GETS ME!! 😅 I track everything. I have a big notebook and one page per day gets filled with everything I want to remember and work on (not just physical stuff.) She goes on to say that tracking and planning everything actually CREATES FREEDOM. It’s TRUE!!! I’ve been singing this from the mountaintops since I was a kid! It’s how I stayed at the top of whatever was important to me!🥇Organizational nerds, UNITE!! 🤓 See Challengers?? This is why I ask you to track and be accountable for all those things! It brings freedom and PROGRESS and SATISFACTION and SUCCESS. 🙌🏼 P.S. Yes, this program may “seem” like it takes a lot, but IT IS SO FUN. My Challengers who are doing it are loving it and so am I. Because this is what works, looks and feels awesome 🔥🔥 and your metabolism NEEDS MUSCLE, ESPECIALLY as you age AND you’ll be less likely to have injuries! My retired-physical-therapist-Mom LOVES and lives by this concept! ❤️
P.P.P.S.(sorry): I balked at first but the Recover formula from the Beachbody Performance Line (you know, the official supplements of the Ironman Triathletes 😉) is ABSOLUTELY necessary with this program! You will be so sore and not see as much growth without it!!

“DO YOU DO ANY CARDIO...?”

My answer was simple...

“NO.”
•
I’ve never done a lot of cardio (running) because that’s not the type of conditioning I’m going for...(yet I can run a sub 22 min 5k with “0” training...)
•
I train with weights, and do HIIT and CORE type workouts and that works for me...very well in fact. I’m 40, and I continue o e in the best shape of my life...EVEN BETTER THAN WHEN I WAS 25!!
•
I’ve known for many years it’s the best type of excercise for me especially as I age to help ward off many types of issues plaguing our aging society such as osteoporosis, low immune systems, muscular degeneration, balance, and it also helps me perform better daily in my life and on the ski slopes or behind a boat on a wakeboard...or simply playing with my dog or nephews...

There are a lot of people (females especially) that are scared of lifting heavy weights...
•
DON’T BE AFRAID. STEP OFF THE TREADMILL (AND THE SCALE) AND PICK UP A DAMN WEIGHT.
•
Too many people are under the impression that one must train for hours or run miles and miles to get a slim, toned, muscular body.
•
FALSE. You’ve been lied to.
•
Lift weights and eat dense nutritious foods based on your body type...your metabolism will soar AND you will feel confident in that dress or bathing suit this summer or for the fellas, you’ll be BEASTY in those board shorts on the lake!!

Believe in your dream/self/goal... even if you don’t quite believe it. 😅 Keep trying to believe, keep “acting as if” it’s happening. Prepare, push, grow. The Universe will reward you with your destined path. 💗✨

- 4 tablespoons of Skippy Natural Peanut Butter (I get natural because it has less sugar in it)

There are some destinations and goals I will achieve, and being in optimum health is defined by each of us. I will never be in “perfect health”, I am human, but I can achieve health and happiness allowing me to enjoy my life without the worry of chronic illnesses that plagues our society...

To me, loving the process each and every day and being willing to make the decisions that will increase my metabolism, immune system, attitude, decreasing stress which all helps shed excess weight, build lean muscle and create a stronger and healthier body...

At some points, IT WILL SUCK.

At some points, I SWEAR!

I will never be in “perfect health”, I am human, but I can achieve health and happiness allowing me to enjoy my life without the worry of chronic illnesses that plagues our society... • To me, loving the process each and every day and being willing to make the decisions that will increase my metabolism, immune system, attitude, decreasing stress which all helps shed excess weight, build lean muscle and create a stronger and healthier body... • At some points, IT WILL SUCK. • At some points, I WANT TO GIVE UP. • At some points, I SWEAR! • At some points, I HAVE FAILED. • But, I keep going. Day 3️⃣ of #80dayobsession ✅🎉 Cardio Core was no walk in the park but lemme tell ya, #insanitymax30 had prepared me well! 💪🏼 I even swapped in some harder moves I had learned from it. Had to also run some stairs so I could frequently check on the girls while I worked out in the cold basement. 😅😅 This is no “diet culture” here in my world — it’s all about fueling and training SMARTLY so that you are NOT burdening your loved ones with the stress of you having a preventable disease. Nothing selfish or superficial about it. Love and take care of your body and mind so you can be there for others — it’s about more than just you! 💗

Without the right range of motion, certain skills become extremely difficult to achieve. We must focus on flexibility to improve our internal and external amplitude. Both dynamic and static stretches help us get the results we strive for. Hip flexibility is important for skills such as splits, jumps, and leaps. Add shoulder flexibility in to the mix and both are important for walkovers and handsprings. This, coupled with my own journey through self love, grace, and self care, has led me to my February challenge group - 💕Love Your Selfie. While we work on our fitness goals together, we will also discuss how we love ourselves NOW, challenge each other 🤝 to do hard things, and learn things about ourselves beyond how many pushups we can do. Spoiler - I’m at 0 on that one.

Today is DAY 3 being back on a regimented plan and for the next 90 days or so my plan is to stick to my program, follow the nutrition guidelines to a T and make sure I’m getting a full nights sleep and taking all of the proper supplements to maximize my results.

I used to wing it and not really give a FUCK...and that got me overweight, depressed and lost...

I finally found something that worked, that I can do at home, and I’ve been able to connect with others who want the same things thru our online challenge groups, where we help each other stay accountable, share recipes and meal prep tips and have fun!!

When your 3-year-old legit beats you at Memory. 😂 To be fair, this was pre-sunrise, pre-coffee. 😅 She’s the opposite of her sister, who would brag that she won and we’d have the discussion for the zillionth time about being a gracious winner. 🙄 This little one didn’t want me to “wooze” (lose) so she said “we did it TOGETHER!” 💗 Anyway, confession time... like I’ve always said, my social media is my memory book of mundane (real) life, not a highlight reel... so I don’t ever want there to be an illusion that makes other people compare and feel anxious. Six years ago, my health kind of forced the decision, but I realized that I really wanted to be a stay-at-home Mom. As my health improved, this morphed into wanting to be a work-at-home Mom. Drew was super supportive because this is what he grew up with and knew it was kind of the best of both worlds. But like soooooo many mamas, I’ve had MANY moments of feeling like a “Bad Mom.” It’s been like a drum beat in the back of my mind that I either have to shut down myself or seek reassurance from Drew. This morning was a BIG DEAL because I played games with Jovie for an hour. Tv off, phone hidden away until I wanted a photo to remember the lessons I learned. Electronics are not really the problem with me, though. It’s in my head. Those goddamn distracting thoughts that keep me from being fully present with those around me. Writing ideas and deadlines, my overflowing inbox, all the housework I “should” do, the meal planning, worrying about things going on in my family/friends’ lives, what I “should” do for my Challengers... clearly I spend a lot of time “shoulding” all over myself. 😑 What good does it do?? Focusing solely on playing with my daughter for an hour should not be a “big deal.” She was so overjoyed. She knew she hadn’t had my full attention for this long. She’s finally at the age where she craves it, like her sister. It was like meditating for me — distracting thought comes in, I have to let it go like 🎈and anything I’m not good at makes me uncomfortable. But as we all know, discomfort is required for growth. So, to all the “bad moms” out there: you’re not alone. Keep growing. Put down the📱& fill your ❤️

Plus que 2 semaines avant là rééducation j’ai tellement hâte de remarcher et (recourir bon ok c’est pas tout de suite la course)😍 même si ces temps j’ai mal je tente de garder le sourire, je flippe un peu pour vendredi pour le scanner j’ai jamais fais et j’aime pas trop ce genre de choses .. en attendant je travaille un peu le haut du corps comme je peux (si vous avez des idées d’exercices ne vous gênez pas ) je tente un peu de yoga pour m’apaiser et je tourne entre révisons ou plutôt tentation d’apprendre des cours de STAPS sans avaler eu le CM avec le prof 👩‍🏫 et la série Person of interest je crois je suis déjà accro 😂(merci @flo_brr 😘) Bref je vous l’accorde mes journées ne sont pas fofolles pour quelqu’un qui détestent prendre du repos et faire 0 sport là je suis servis 🤕😿 enfin bon on continue sur la lancée le 5fevrier rendez-vous avec un autre chirurgien spécialiste du genou dans une clinique privé on me l’a conseillé donc je sais qu’il fait du bon travail et même si avoir un genou tout neuf pour ne plus avoir ce problème à répétition est arreangent je n’arrive pas à me projeter et me voir arrêter de sport pendant 3mois .. ⭐️ Bref je retourne à ma petite séance je vous fais des bisous, faites du sport pour moi et n’oubliez pas la chance que vous avez d’être en bonne santé et avec vos deux jambes et deux bras ☝🏼love love ❤️ #blessure #genouencarton #smile #run #runners #runstop #runneuse #trail #motivation #determination #mangerbien #mangersain #VISTAVIE #fitgirl #figthing #fitfamilies #fitfrenchies #pertedepoids #perseverance #healthy #healthyfood #onlacherien #corpsenconstruction #teamshape #teamgallice #muscu

His flat spot has completely rounded out and it’s below the number they want it at 👏🏼👏🏼 BUT we are keeping the helmet on for another month since he is not completely sitting on his own yet. We don’t want him laying down all of the time and creating the flat spot again. 1 month down, 1 month to go!
