I got many goals for my summer, let's start with two of them:
▫be able to run 10 km non stop in one hour! Today was a good start because i ran 5 km in 30mn45sec! I want to get my cardio to the next level and i'm aiming for a semi marathon next year 😎 #keepDreaming haha
▫i want to start yoga so bad!! So this plank is the first day of the #wannapincha challenge (i know i'm a week late oupsy)! I want to work on my balance because i definitely need it for my breakdance moves and i've always beem impressed by yogis (cc @ally_trout #goals ) so why not me huh?

We all need to get a way from our surroundings from time to time and that's okay. I am not sure where I'll be two weeks from now , but one thing I know is that my heart yearns to travel , explore, and be free. Whatever that means I must also lean in and listen to all things my body, mind , heart and soul feel and need.
I've come to to let go. Ive come to heal.
I've come to reflect.
This week I surrender to all things in life.
Learning to become whole again all on my own.
