Love this & love that I'm smashing through personal fitness barriers this week too 🙌💪💥 ... yesterday was one of my best days with over 18k steps hillwalking with my favs 🐾🌲🌧 plus 109 mins of fat burning activity with a 30min Ab Workout & 30min Weights Circuit 🔥🔥🔥 .. not forgetting chasing round after my 3 crazy kiddies too 🙃🤣😅 ...feeling it a bit today but, no rest for the wicked, daily goals to get smashed so we're off out for an afternoon full of swimming, dance and another refreshing hill walking/cardio session 🙅🏻😊🦋🐾❤️ here's to a happy, fabulous, flexible fun-filled saturday 😜😘❤️💫💥

Sorry for the super squinty eyes but if the reason I have to squint is because the sun is shining, that is just fine.
I know a lot of us like to relax and have fun on the weekends, and I absolutely agree with that. But we still need to get our workout in and focus on our health. Do you have a tough time motivating yourself to work out on Saturdays? Do it first thing in the morning. Get it over with, or as they say, “eat the frog”.
If you cross it off your list early, then you’re golden for the rest of the day. 💃🏻

Happy Saturday! I think today is a rest day because I am SORE! And by rest I mean active rest. If you're sore you have to keep your body moving! Get that blood flowing. So today will be yoga and walking/running.
