My #motivationmonday is to be better than this guy next time I dial everything in for the stage. That's always been my goal, to be a better version of myself. I see so many competitors wrap themselves up in beating this person, winning this show, etc..... focus on self improvement and the rest will fall into place.
Currently I'm trying to lean out some before I bulk up again. I'll probably end up going back and forth about 2 more times before I actually diet for another show. I'm a firm believer in keeping things in striking distance during the offseason. Maybe I'll compete again around October of 2018......

Sorry but I had something to do and couldn't come, or its just to expensive.
Look I can send you photos, but go to the event. Pay for a ticket, and support your friend, workout buddy, co worker, family member, etc. If you are really that interested in how those you know did at the show or you are thinking of getting on stage yourself for the first time, then stop making up excuses why not to go, and buy a ticket and come to the event. Support us as competitors, and support the sport that you claim to love. They say bodybuilding is dying, its not. The support from fans are dying. You just can not imagine how much we who wish to chase our dreams go through to step on stage for only a few minutes in one day. Sometimes much as 16 weeks, or more of sacrifice can go into ones preparation.

One of my favourite exercises to finish back is Single Arm Cable Rows 🔥. Just isolating the Lats here while having a stretch between every rep. I am also bending to one side to get my Lat closer to my hip/ lower back for a better contraction. 👌🏻
