OKAY you guys I'm finally able(ish) to get back into things. Where have I been? I'M PREGNANT!! Holy smokes you guys. It's still early, I'm about 9.5 weeks along. But I need this Round 2. I need to be my own hero, and I need help.
So why bother with this challenge if I won't be losing weight? Accountability. I gained almost 50lb with my last pregnancy from eating whatever i wanted (my Dr recommended 30). I still was active but I fell into some bad eating habits. And they are already creeping back. I have been sick as a DOG for the past month. I throw up every day (sometimes as much as every couple hours) so right now I am just focused on keeping calories down. But, just like last time, I should be out of the woods in a couple weeks and that's where the real work begins. I get used to laying around and eating crap and it's hard to climb out of that.
So my workouts may be gentler and my nutrition may not be textbook, but my goal this challenge is to stay healthy and gain only good baby weight! I'll try to get some progress pics up tonight. But for now, enjoy a snap shot of my breakfast.

Do you have those days when you’re training and you feel weak? Because I do. I had one today while training my chest. But don’t let that discourage you! Just like everything else in life training has its good and bad days too. Just like your weight, your strength can fluctuate depending on your sleep, if you’re training fasted or not, or any other factors. Look at your overall progress, you’ll be surprised by how far you’ve come.
Today was a 3/3/3 day in my program. On my last set I did 120x6 but last week I hit 120x8. I was disappointed but hey, it’s okay. I still notice the progress in my chest. Just gotta keep going 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
