(warning: long but heres a story on how i regained motivation)!!
listening to my body was the greatest lesson i learned this summer...i was reading a book by kate hudson and she talked all about truly becoming one with your body and knowing what it needs and doesnt need...figuring out what foods make you feel good and which make u feel like 💩...doing a workout that you enjoy whether its running, yoga, dancing, hiking, lifting, etc. 💃🏼 i found myself switching up my workouts every day and every week and loved it!! back in February-May i was lacking all motivation to workout and go to the gym and i was so frustrated bc it was such a long period of time i was unmotivated! i tried BBG, switching up my routine, taking a week long rest, finding new music and other little things to gain motivation...nothing was working and tbh i would cry about it at the gym!!! it wasnt until i threw all "workout plans" out the window, listened to my body and did what i wanted that specific day!! yes there are days i do not want to go to the gym or wake up at 6:45am to run but overall i am so much more excited about working out and moving my body...so if a workout plan is working for u and motivates you USE IT but if your motivation is low try taking 5 minutes to think about things you love to do and then go do them!!!

The distance between your dreams and reality is called a c t i o n.
To move that idea from our mind and make it happen in the real world, it will take more than our thoughts. We need something concrete to get things done, to bring our dream to life. That thing is called action. Without it, we have thoughts, ideas, plans, and intentions, but there are no results. Without action, we have just a dream without substance.
Take a moment to write down a step, even a small one, which you can take towards making your dream a reality. Then pick one and do it. Sooner would be better than later. Now would be better still.
Take action today, and join the team #hybridAF
💪🏻😌💕 #fitgirls#estrategy#mindset#goals#habits#strong#mind#healthylifestyle#sweat#nutritionalplan#success#love#pasion#health#happiness#life ✨💕

"Health and fitness is about so much more than looking good." We read this all the time on our favorite #fitspo accounts. But, let's be honest, most people want to get into fitness to "look" better, right? So when does this supposed shift happen? How could working out really change my mindset? .
I can't tell you a when, but I can tell you with absolutely certainty that it does!
• Your self-confidence will build even when you can't yet see those physical changes quite yet.
• You will feel proud when you stick to a new routine for a whole month because, damn, that workout kind of sucks but, holy crap, do you feel awesome when every time it's done!
• As your confidence grows, you will become more positive about other aspects of the world around you.
• You will find joy in things you never did before because you will no longer be all-consumed by negative, self-deprecating thoughts.
• This new optimism will positively affect your loved ones around you and the way you interact with them.
This week, I had a moment where I had to choose my now self over my former self. My former insecure self that measured my self-worth based on how others validated my existence. Maybe my former self doesn't sound so great but it's easy to give in to the comforts of the past, especially that one part of your past that has been very difficult to let go of.
Well, let's just say, I have come too damn far and feel way too proud of who and where I am. I cannot take my eyes off the road in front of me because that is the ONLY direction I am moving in now. Forward.
Here's a written review on sunbutter and Walden farm's strawberry jelly. I also review it on our story if you check it out. First, sunbutter was weird when you open it just as almond butter usually is. If your used to regular peanut butter it might turn you away. However, it's just the oils from the sunflower seeds separating and can simply be fixed with a quick stir. Overall, very delicious product and would highly recommend. I'm a person who can and will eat regular peanut butter every single day. So, if your like me and love pb but want to cut out some fat invest in sunbutter.
As for Walden farm's jelly, another product I would recommend. It has a very sweet taste when you take your first bite but once you take a second bite it's gone. The flavor is good and it's a great substitute for jelly.
One suggestion I would make, if you measure out your food like I do, for both of these products you don't need one full serving. I used one tbsp of sunbutter and it spreads so easy that 1/2 tbsp would honestly be sufficient, same with the walden farm's jelly.
The second and third photos on this post are comparing skippy pb to sunbutter and walden farm jelly to smuckers jelly. 🍓🥜🍇
