I'm back! Today was my first day back at the gym, woohoo! 💜💜 I trained legs today and wow it was probably one of the best workouts I've had in a while. I kind of have to think it was because of my nice break😏 Honestly, breaks are GOOD for you. Especially when you're sick. But I'm glad to be back at it and stronger then ever!
