I received quite a bit of inquiries regarding this recipe I thought I'd share this photo here. I'm happy to report that this is as delicious and intriguing as it sounds. Allow me to introduce you to Cumin & Rose Roasted Cauliflower with Vinegar-Soaked Currants from the Kale & Caramel cookbook by @kaleandcaramel . This recipe has two ingredients I'm currently enamored with- rose and cardamom, and boy do they wow in this dish! .
This book is amazing. Each recipe I've tried has been a delight for the senses- a feast for the eyes, enticing aromas, and flavor pairings that have you doing a happy dance in your chair. It's truly a special creation and how awesome that @kaleandcaramel has a food blog where she shares her magic with the world?! 💕✨
And Fit Babes, the best part is that all the recipes are in line with the Fit Girl lifestyle- healthy, nutritious, and fresh foods. 🙌🏽
Tonight's dinner was so good I can't wait to have the leftovers 🤷🏻♀️ Spaghetti squash + homemade marinara + @traderjoeslist chicken sausage + sautéed mushrooms topped with a few raw sweet peppers and red pepper flakes! Healthy doesn't have to be boring!
