This is why I choose 4am wake ups over late nights. โ€ข There is no way I can look at this every morning + not thank God for every single moment of my life. โ€ข He uses each + every moment for our good. And though I may not understand during the storm, I know, without a doubt, that He is working it out for my good and He will be there after the storm just as He is during the storm. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

In my left pic I was eating around 500calories a day I starved myself in order to look "skinny" 
I was constantly tired I was unhealthy in body and in mind! Since that pic I have learnt that gaining muscle and losing body fat can be done in a healthy way, the key is consistency and balance, accompanied by a healthy diet!
I now eat 2000+ calories a day I'm happy and I'm healthy! i choose what I eat wisely I've gained weight but I've also gained muscle and lost body fat at the same time as living a sustainable lifestyleโœจ

I went to my chiro appt this morning and left feeling like a million bucks.

I got an interview at a job I really want, not just something I begrudgingly applied for to make money.
.
I signed up for a snatch skills clinic this weekend and got the tenth and final spot.
.
And I'm making this face because for the first time in a while, I was able to do American kettle bell swings PAIN-FREE. Two UNBROKEN sets of 21, actually. Had to use the 23 lb one instead of the 35, but still, I crushed that workout and I am one very happy and GRATEFUL girl right now. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผโ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Week 4 is here and we are Switching it up a bit!! Hamstrings are one of those muscles that are sometimes ignored. Well I can guarantee they will feel the Love with this series! Place the ball under your heels creating a 90 degree from the hip to the knee. Starting a your sits bones begin to bridge the booty up. Make sure the pubic bone is the highest point to avoid any low back pain. From here slowly straighten the legs keeping the pelvis high. Use the hamstrings to pull the ball back to starting position. Repeat. If thatโ€™s not enough, give single leg a try! Keeping the pelvis squared, reach on leg towards the ceiling. Slowly move the ball away as far as your body allows. Then draw the ball back. Repeat for the other side! As always, listen to your body and enjoy the process!

So thankful for the group of amazing women who are going to keep me accountable haha because my workout ADD is likely to kick in and Iโ€™ll want to switch up programs at some point Iโ€™m sure! But I know the importance of sticking to the plan made by the pros and not just doing my own thing. So thank you fit fam for keeping this girl on track!

When you set your mind on a goal and stick to your plan YOU WILL see progress! 
Day 22/98, we are amping up our workout program this week and I am ready to crush it because I have seen results in these past three weeks (progress pictures to come) ๐Ÿ˜Š. I not only feel stronger and healthier but I can see my body becoming more toned every week! 
Today we start with Piyo which kicked my butt two months ago, we will see how it goes!
