I must say that this morning's workout wasn't thst fun. It worked areas that I REALLY need to work. Butt, hips and hamstrings. .
The section working the outer butt/Piriformis area was killer buttttttt (pun intended) it is a major issue with me. .
Slap an exercise band on and Clam it out. Just don't make eye contact.

Fed the elephants, made them medicine, took them on a 6km hike! and bathed them! They are so loved and cared for here, this specific place didn’t allow riding either which was great! Sorry for the elephant spam but just look at them 😍

Hey there. Wanted to share the good bad and ugly today. This was all about the booty. And i totally shared my band struggles because it is real for a girl with thighs and a butt.
To be honest I hate having large hips, booty, and thighs. But i decided since i am blessed with them, why not make them look good.
I am all about the booty pop. Maybe even the bend and snap. Lol. Anyway. We do it to feel good yes. But cmon. We want to look good too.
So i will be feeling this tomorrow.

We can think, speak and learn to behave as Jesus did and He certainly did not ever compare Himself with anyone or desire to be anything other than what His Father had made Him to be. He lived to do the Father’s will, not to compete with others and compare Himself with them.
So, I encourage you today friend to be content with who YOU are! That doesn’t mean that you can’t make progress and continually improve, but you can’t allow other people to rule that. God will never help you be someone else. .
Remember that being “different” is good!! Celebrate your uniqueness and rejoice in the future God has planned for you!! .

Transformation Tuesday?! Ehhh...How about Transportation Tuesday?! To the beach...Where it’s warm...And the wind feels refreshing...And layers of clothes aren’t necessary...And the scenery is relaxing & beautiful...How about that?!
I see so many people saying they want to get in shape, lose "x" amount of pounds, eat healthier etc. but there's always a "but". "I want to lose weight but I can't because I dont have time to workout" or "I want to eat healthier but I don't have time to meal prep or cook other meals for the family" and so on. I'm here to tell you that if you actually want to reach your fitness and/or eating goals you have to be willing to make a change. You can't keep doing things the same way and expect to see different results. Change is tough, as humans we don't really like to switch up our routines but I'm telling you it will be worth it.
Listen, I'm not here to judge you, just hoping to guide you with a little tough love❤. If you aren't ready to make some lifestyle changes just don't expect to see any lasting results, bottom line.
