Body Beast Day 20 Build Shoulders 💪🏼🔥
I’m definitely getting stronger. This program really does work and it works FAST 💨 IF you follow the program and the nutrition that is! I still need to eat more to be honest. But I go back to work Monday so I’ll be eating more for sure then. #bodybeast
Started the morning off with strength training. Worked upper body with a little extra core work. 💦💪🏻 Pancakes to finish up the morning. Now we are off to run some errands and let Cristiano pick out a 👻🎃 Halloween costume.
I did a double workout today since I’m trying to make up for the days I’ve missed and get back on schedule. It was tough and I wanted to quit but I remembered how 7 years ago I couldn’t even walk on the slowest treadmill speed for 10 minutes and now I’m doing workouts that push my limits but I’m still getting them done! It takes dedication,determination and commitment and sometimes I fall, but I’ll keep getting back up! Now to finish off my shift at work and enjoy dinner with my family! #lovinglife ❤️
That time when you go to add winter clothes back into your closet and you go HAM and bag up half your shoes and clothes you’ve been hanging onto “just in case”, or just decide they’re too worn out to wear, and spend almost two hours working and STILL haven’t done one thing on your lengthy, and detailed, cleaning list. But DANG, it feels cleansing!
The Countdown to Cabo is on!
One week from tomorrow I’ll be on a direct flight to the ocean front villa I’ll be staying in for 5 days with Mom.
There’s several tasks to get done this week and, due to my busy schedule, I’ve got to pace myself.
Today is Home Care Day (cleaning) and Self Care Day (facial, teeth whitening, etc). Although, according to what I researched yesterday, allergens are low, mine are kicking my tail this week. It’s probably all the dust in my home, lol.
So I had to start the day with diffusing some oils that help clear my sinuses, give me more clarity and focus, and open up my lungs a little more. While sitting here typing this I already feel relief.
It’s going to take me most of the day to conquer my “to do” list but it’s also going to feel great to spend a day at home.

It’s what drives me. I can push as hard as I want or take it easy. 5 years ago I never dreamed that I would have ran more 5k’s than I could keep track of or have completed 16 half marathons.
They haven’t been easy. I have struggled through some of them, foot cramps and leg pains to the point that I had to walk the last 5 miles but I finished. I finished because I run for me, it’s what I love.
Then why do we let Fear hold us back from trying something new?
Thoughts that it’s to hard or we aren’t good enough or strong enough.
In July I made a commitment to work on me, to improve what I have control over. I excepted a fitness challenge and loved my results.
I decided at that time to take on another challenge, one that would push me harder than I thought.
One that has taken me way out of my comfort zone.

Grateful today is rest day after the working my legs got yesterday. Enjoying it before a double header tmmrw with my awesome friend @vonyasa Excited to get to class again! Hoping I will also see @sensationalpath 😀😀

Still feeling a bit bloated but lots of water is helping!

I’m the past I would have skipped my workout since I wasn’t able to get it in this morning before work! But I honestly feel so much better getting my workout in! Body Beast Back & Bis some and now I’m out enjoying this Friday night! #pushyourselfdaily
