💥4 Week Squat Transformation💥

Life is about hard work, consistency, and dedication. Life is about making small improvements each day which will then add to big improvements in the future.

I've been making small improvements in my squat each day and it can get frustrating only seeing small improvements (cuz I'm an impatient guy 😆) but in the end, one step forward is still going forward. So, in the video both squats are with 435lb but the first one is a high bar squat (sits on the traps) while the other is a low bar (sits right above or on rear delts). Obviously, the second squat is much smoother and faster and honestly, I probably could've gotten 445ish but I'm still not totally comfortable in the low bar squat position which is why I only got 435lb. For me, learning to low bar squat properly is hard (and I'm still not where I want to be) but I'm definitely seeing improvement. One thing I really like about low bar squatting is that it's much easier to keep a straight bar path which makes me feel much more powerful/balanced through the rep. Again, my ultimate goal is to hit a 485-500lb squat by Jan 1 and I feel with continued work, I'll get there (or I'll die trying haha).

Having support and a community is essential for sticking to the new habits you are trying to create. BUT, if you have support especially from personally close people you can succeed much more likely. 😬🙌🏻

Take this crazy couple above!! If just one of them had decided to transform it might not have ended up the way it did. But they took control together and had that accountability which created a lifestyle which provided the results they wanted. 💪🏼💪🏼
