Helpful tips to stay on track while traveling: ⏩Hydrate! 💦 drink lots and lots of water. Being on a plane could dehydrate you because of the lack of humidity in the cabin air... so really pay attention to your water intake!
⏩ Protein shakes! While on vacation SOME of us can not do so hot hitting our macro numbers. Especially that protein target! Always bring a baggie of protein powder (so it's easy to carry around) and an empty shaker or water bottle. Once you get through security fill the bottle with water and add in the protein powder!
⏩ Sleep 😴 sometimes it's hard to get enough sleep on vacation because you're having so much fun.. but remember how beneficial it can be! If you have the opportunity to sleep (a quick nap or sleeping on the plane) make sure you take it!
⏩ multivitamin! 💊Same spiel as with protein. We may not be getting an adequate amount of fruits and veggies while vacationing- quick solution: an easy to digest multivitamin (capsule).
⏩ ❗️Remember... ❗️all of your progress is not going to be ruined during your vacation. "Persistence is far more important than perfection". 😊 Make sure to enjoy your vacation and the people around you during it! ❤️
