I've Transformed from a girl who cared about only looking good to a woman who makes feeling good mentally, Spiritually and physically a priority.
Here is what I know:
EVERY Dis- Ease is caused by inflammatory build up.
Inflammatory build up is caused by too much mucous... toxic sludge, throughout our body. Like cholesterol, We produce our own. We don't need it from the food we eat.
Toxic sludge is caused by eating foods that are dead and overly processed and that have been stripped of its essence, providing zero nutritional value to our bodies.
Eating dead and overly processed food is caused by habits passed down to us from our birth parents and former generations... cell memory. Just like your belief system, it's most likely not yours. People, who at the time ate what they could, not necessarily what they wanted. That need to survive on what was available developed a habit.
The habit was caused by lack of access and a cell memory that was diminished due to cultural appropriation. Once upon a time most of our ancestors ate from the land intrinsically because they are from the land: We don't posses the earth, we ARE the earth.
We have access now. Both Internal and external. Being a victim of dis ease is a CHOICE. Your habits will either heal you or harm you, but they won't help you if your current way of eating and thinking have you in place of physical distress and mental doubt and despair.
Eat light to be the light.
Aging is SO last year. 😌✋🏼How to evolve & control aging⁉️👇🏼🤔Evolving towards positive emotions/thoughts is associated with less age-related decline of your brain & body compared with people who maintain more neurotic/self-focused personality traits. You can control that! "You are the author of your own life; capable of change, healing, creativity and personal transformation." ⠀⠀
⚠️👣Here are 6 steps for doing so (good luck my little Jedi!🙅🏻):⠀⠀
1️⃣List qualities or capacities that you want to grow and become visible.⠀⠀
2️⃣Envision what it would look like if you did embody that quality in your daily life like character in a movie.⠀⠀
3️⃣Describe that picture of your evolved self in a few sentences.⠀⠀
4️⃣Envision a cord is attached at one end to those qualities you want to evolve, above; the other end attached to yourself, below. Picture the cord pulling you steadily upwards towards those evolved qualities.⠀⠀
5️⃣List what you can do daily that strengthens those qualities, as the cord pulls you towards them; like you're strengthening a muscle through exercises! .................. 6️⃣Next time someone asks how old you are say: “I'm not aging, I’m evolving🖕🏼." #transformationtuesday#fitnessfacts#deepakchopra#aging#positivethinking#allheart ❤️

Every project has a life -- ebbs and flows. It sucks. It doesn't suck. Holding this "tension of opposites"(as Marion Woodman so wisely calls it) isn't always easy. But often when I persist there is a door, a delicious moment when I feel free -- free from the project and free from this either/or battle.
Last week was one of those moments. I read a paragraph from Daring to Rest and thought: this isn't as bad as I thought. Actually, I kinda like it.🙌
Right now, that's enough.
