Breakfast - 1 egg muffin and 1 slice sweet potato toast, coffee with @nutpods, Lunch - Dijon salmon with 1/2 avo, broccoli, and strawberries, Dinner - bacon, egg, and avo burgers, salt and pepper potatoes, salad.
This day almost 2 years ago I looked at my belly and felt you inside of me! I remember imagining holding you in my arms and never letting you go! 💕 you are my blessing that gave me extra strength to make it this far today baby! Thank you @askeryn for capturing this moment for me!

Kung pao meatballs are still one of my favourite meals! Served over brown rice. Earlier I was thinking about the fact that this is the first time I have actually stuck with something.😁🤗 I have tried these same workouts multiple times prior to now and I always gave up. But I finally realized that there is no other option. There's no point in gaining all my weight back. Yes, it is hard freakin work! But the reward is so huge for just a little bit of effort. There will always be times where the old me is going to say "um can we just go back to not doing any sort of physical activity?". But it's okay because I'm gonna tell the old me to shut the hell up 😂😂😂 I seriously crack myself up sometimes.
6 weeks and my tendon is still voicing it's displeasure with me.
Stretching, calf lowers and nightly icing will hopefully make that tendon happy again.
I would NEVER have guessed that cardio would be a "not happening anytime soon" event after 6 weeks. I thought I would be up and running and pushing play on Insanity by now.
I am not throwing in the towel yet though. I am totally going to get back to where I was (and better).

I used to dread bikini season now I'm wishing it wouldn't go away! Seriously, bikinis, crop tops and shorts all Summer long!!! They're my favorite besides workout clothes of course 😏This summer, I made so many more memories and was in a much better mood while making those memories because I wasn't self conscious and worried about how I looked and I wasn't lethargic.
