Macros are dead on today! I never thought 2️⃣6️⃣5️⃣0️⃣ Healthy calories and 5️⃣0️⃣% carbs would look good on me‼️It's a hard process to trust but it works. I have more energy, my body uses fuel for energy and my metabolism is on 🔥. My wrist pain has diminished from stabilizer muscles and my posture has definitely improved. Sometimes you just gotta! 🍫Ever feel like you wake up way too early?☀️Go to bed too late?🌒 Have way too much going on? 📝Don't even know what day it is 🤷🏻‍♀️, month it is 📆, time it is? 🕑 Ever feel like you want to quit✌🏼, walk out 🚶🏽‍♀️, hide in a hole🤦🏻‍♀️? You mentally think of all the things you need to do: 1️⃣kids school, 2️⃣your school, 3️⃣work, 4️⃣cook, 5️⃣clean and Organize 6️⃣be a loving wife, 7️⃣be a great mother, 8️⃣be a good friend, 9️⃣be a big sister, 🔟 be a thankful daughter. All while being a good Christian, respectful, selfless individual 🙏🏼 Sometimes you get so overwhelmed with EVERYTHING that it can affect your workout and goals. 😭I mentally fought myself all day to go to the gym, I drove to the gym still talking myself into this and reminding myself of my goals 👙, I sat in front of the gym and stared at it for 5 minutes! I walked in and suddenly my legs didn't want to work....it's leg day. Coincidence? 🤦🏻‍♀️I started stretching and thinking of all the things NOT being done while I'm at the gym! I went back to beating myself up for the hour I take at the gym. The only hour I give to myself 5 days a week. I even broke into tears😢, texted my trainer asking if I was normal and then somehow got myself together💪🏼. I really thought I was going to walk out today. But I fought thru and am so glad I did. Don't give up! Not every day is ✨sparkles and rainbows 🌈. M&Ms before bed...why not? Good Night ⭐️#buildingwomenup #strong

Sweet Potato Loaf 🍠
3 C sweet potato
4 eggs
2 tsp maple syrup
1 C bobs red mill oat bran
4 Scoops integrated science protein vanilla
4 Tbsp stevia
4 Tbsp golden flax meal
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

1️⃣Wrap sweet potatoes in tin foil and bake for 45 mins to 1 hr at 350 degrees 
2️⃣Let sweet potatoes cool and then peel off skin. 
3️⃣Mix together sweet potatoes, egg and syrup. May also use vanilla extract instead of maple syrup! 
4️⃣In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients.
5️⃣Add flour mixture to sweet potato mixture and mix together.
6️⃣pour into large bread loaf and bake 350* for 45 mins to 1 hr or until toothpick comes out clean! 💥Macros: 17C-3.3F-9P

Baked/Broiled Salmon with Brown Rice & Asparagus! 
1️⃣place salmon on broiler pan. 
2️⃣brush on EVOO to evenly coat top of salmon.
3️⃣squeeze juice of one lemon over fish.
4️⃣season with black pepper, lemon pepper and Trader Joe's "everything but the Bagel" seasoning!
5️⃣bake at 400 for 12 mins and then broil till crust is golden.
6️⃣season asparagus the same as fish except add garlic paste!
7️⃣Bake asparagus in same oven as fish for same amount of time! 
8️⃣serve with brown rice topped with a little of the Trader Joe's "everything but the Bagel seasoning" it is the BEST!!! 😋
