Added another rep to my deadlift tonight 💪 5 sets 4 at 120kg and I'll be looking to now up the weight when I return after the October holidays.
I also made a brilliant purchase over at ironferno.com. Ridiculously comfortable clothing and great for the gym 💪 I've been struggling to find trouser flexible enough for squats (hate wearing shorts) and these are spot on.
