Sometimes I think I am so used to living a “fit & healthy” lifestyle that I don’t look back to acknowledge how far I’ve come. Which is probably why I rarely post transformations - I have been maintaining for quite some time. It wasn’t until I had other friends telling me that I look so much leaner than I did even a year ago that I started to notice that about myself. We truly are our own worst critics 🤦🏻‍♀️
Not only have I learned how to live a balanced lifestyle, but I have developed a much better relationship with food and exercise. Most importantly — I have gained self-confidence 👊🏽 Do I still have things I don’t love that I can work on? Yes! But the difference is I don’t dwell on that or let it bring me down. My mind AND body are both in a MUCH better place than 3 years ago when I started this journey and it feels good to take a second to be proud of that! 😌💪🏽✨

Guten Morgen, #fitfam! 🙋🏻 Ich nutze den #Transformationtuesday wieder für die #Transformation der Zellen. 😌 Gerade in dieser stressigen Zeit ist es wichtiger denn je, sich klarzumachen, dass ständige Konflikte, Streits, negative Gedanken & Umweltgifte schlechte Schwingungen in unser Energiefeld bringen & zu Energiemangel führen. Unsere Zellen ziehen sich dann quasi zusammen wie eine Schnecke, die von einem Stock berührt wird. So werden unsere Zellen dunkel, entarten & wollen Tochterzellen bilden, um uns zu schützen. Die Reaktion des Körpers sind Symptome. Infos, die wir dem Körper durch #Emotionen & #Gedanken geben, lösen Reaktionen aus. Alles, was auf physiologischer Ebene im Körper passiert, hat eine elektromagnetische Komponente. Wir können unseren Körper mit Gedanken & Gefühlen lenken & sind keine Opfer unserer Gene. Wusstet Ihr, dass nur 2% der Krankheiten genetisch bedingt sind? Krebs z.B. entsteht eher dadurch, dass Mutter & Tochter die gleichen Glaubenssätze, Muster & Gedanken haben. Heilung kann also vor allem auf der unterbewussten Ebene stattfinden. #Seele & Körper hängen zusammen & der Geist beherrscht die Materie! Unsere Zellen reagieren auf #Gefühle & arbeiten wie ein Schalter. Es geht immer um Wachstum oder Schutz. Durch #Stress ausgeschüttetes Kortisol laugt unser Hirn aus & erhöht z.B. Blutdruck & Blutzucker. Im Grunde ist es so: Die Ursache ist ein Konflikt. Daraus folgt eine Information & diese erzeugt ein Bild im Unterbewusstsein. Das Bild wiederum ruft ein Gefühl hervor, das eine Schwingung auslöst. Die Schwingung verändert das gesamte Energiefeld & das verändert dann die #Entwicklung der Zellen in Form eines Symptoms. Wir verändern unser Energiefeld durch all unsere Gedanken, Worte & Emotionen! Unser #Körper unterscheidet nicht zwischen echter oder eingebildeter Bedrohung. Wir denken mit der linken Gehirnhälfte etwa 60.000 Gedanken/Tag. Diese Gedanken wandern in die rechte Gehirnhälfte & im Unterbewusstsein werden dann um die 100 Milliarden #Informationen in Bildern gespeichert! Diese Infos werden als Signale an die Zellen gesendet. DIETING ISN'T THE SOLUTION

Eating small amounts or skipping meals doesn't help with long term weight loss or better health. -

I practically starved before my wedding and i dropped weight on the scale but these pictures are proof...A physical activity along with a balanced meal plan provides real results. I learnt this with @zainn.ovais.

So please don't skip meals hoping it will help. It won't.

Prioritize your health and find 30 mins a day to do some physical activity. If you're not sure where to start, try any of the workouts i've posted.

I only compare myself to myself. I was roughly 170lbs at 9 months postpartum. I’m 9lbs heavier than that right now. That number seems like so much, but I refuse to let it consume me. •

This body is able to carry 50lbs of kid up and down the stairs with ease. Ladies, don’t let someone else’s postpartum journey affect yours. •

❗️Aktuelles Bodyupdate nach der #moderncrashdiet ❗️zwischen diesen Bildern liegen 3 Wochen und 5,4 kg. Auf dem linken Bild seht ihr mein absolutes Höchstgewicht, welches ich nach dem Sommer erreicht hatte, da ich extrem viel aus Frust und Trauer gegessen hatte. Ab dem Punkt hab ich mich auch gar nicht mehr wohl gefühlt, konnte wirklich nicht mehr in den Spiegel schauen ohne Tränen, aber ich war selbst schuld. Es kann halt aber auch nicht immer nur alles super laufen. Aber dafür macht es mich stolz, dass ich es wieder daraus geschafft hab und das seht ihr auf dem rechten Bild!Weil ich auch leider ein sehr ungeduldiger Mensch bin, muss ich auch immer schnell Erfolge sehen und so hab ich echt immer wieder zu schnell aufgegeben. Ihr werdet es kennen 🤷🏽‍♀️
Jedenfalls hab ich dann nochmal die moderncrashdiet probiert und hab somit wieder einen super Einstieg bekommen und hab schnell meinen Körper wieder verändert, sodass ich wieder an einem Punkt bin, wo ich mich wieder wohlfühle. Man kann einfach alles schaffen, wenn man einfach nur fest daran glaubt und hart daran arbeitet. 
Auch wenn ich weiß, dass aufgeben keine Option ist, hab ich es oft genug getan, aber ich will euch damit zeigen, es lohnt sich immer wieder 💪🏼 und die mcd kann ich euch echt empfehlen, sie funktioniert immer wieder. Ab jetzt heißt es Weihnachten genießen und ab 2.1.18 gehts dann mit allen in eine neue Runde #sizezero 💪🏼
Das ist keine Werbung, ich hab sie selbst gekauft und schon oft mit Erfolg gemacht ☝🏼

2. Kleine Kleckse auf das Backblech geben, Himbeeren drauf legen und das ganze für ca 25 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen.

Had one of the worlds busiest and stressful days 😓 my car skidded in the ice this morning and crashed, followed by a 7:30-4 assessment day in uni 😰

With exam pressures kicking in and all the stress of today I was feeling so negative. My anxiety levels were next level so what did I do?

I turned all the extra adrenaline from stress and worry into a bad ass work out 😏💪🏻 when your having a bad time , utilise the emotions and slay those weights guys !

Just back from celebrating my lovely husband’s birthday with a family trip to the panto followed by pizza. LOVED it and Sonny sat through the whole two hour panto absolutely transfixed!
Started the day with a long workout after a few days off which was much needed. 30 minutes incline walk on the treadmill followed by:
Lat pull down
Push ups
Upright row (Tri-set)
Walking lunges x2 6kg kettlebells
Sumo goblet-squat 8kg kettlebell
(Superset)
Using an anchor :
Hip raises
Leg raises - single
Side to side leg raises 
10-15 minutes deep yoga stretches to finish. Trying to loosen up my hips.
Oh I’m in love with the pizza leggero at @pizzaexpress Haven’t had one in years but it’s my new favourite place I think, or atleast a close runner up to @nandosuk 🍕🐔 ❤️ Hope you had a lovely day all x

What’s the craic!!! New blog post up in time for Christmas!.
FYI, the following blog is my own personal tips on how to survive Christmas when trying to stay ‘somewhat’ on track with your training/diet. 
I always used to gain quite a bit of weight over Christmas, I always lost the run of myself. Took me a few Christmases to figure out the balance of training/enjoying myself at Christmas parties and family gatherings. So that’s where my tips are inspired from!
I would LOVE to hear some thoughts from other people?.
What do you do to stay on track over Christmas?.
Do you chuck the rule book out and just enjoy yourselves?.
I always try to make sure I’m not eating terrible the whole time, and drink tons of water between alcoholic drinks. We have a tradition tho, back home, called, “Fuck It, It’s Christmas” where ya just chill out and enjoy yourself and not worry about tomorrow haha. Eat and drink until it is tomorrow haha.

This was delicious and just what I needed. Star week has hit 🌟 and I am craving carbs & sugarrrrr. I’m thinking of submitting my C2 results Friday... although I definitely haven’t been as much of an angel on this cycle🤔 I would definitely be happy to maintain ☠️

Becoming a certain number on the scale will not make you achieve happiness and if you think “oh if I just lost this x amount of weight then I’d be happy regardless” you my friend are wrong 💁🏼‍♀️
A weight or size does not define you as a person and will not achieve your happiness you have to do that for you 🙃

Same sorta pic, literally half the size and a completely different person, different mindset, different goals. Photo on the left about 3 stone down from the start of everything (wouldn’t of been on a beach at that size 🙄😂) picture on the right 3 months ago and about 4 stone difference between the two, but this isn’t about weight this is about a transformation of mindset.
I wasn’t happy in the photo on the left and I am now however thats NOT because of a Dress size or a number on the scale. -

I am happy because I have completely overhauled my life in many different ways. 
Happiness now comes from a changed mindset and perspective and what I have achieved and the goals I am working towards as opposed to just an aesthetics point of view. -
Then - unhappy, no focus, no real interests, nothing to work towards, lazy, inactive, bad relationship with food. -
Now - happy, focused, massive passion for fitness, actually a hobby I really enjoy, keeping active and a healthy lifestyle, good relationship with food and working towards a complete life / career change. 
You never know what starting now can do for you and your mindset and what you can achieve, if your unhappy do something about it as you never know where it may lead to :)

Try this core combo!
First: side planks with a twist.
Perform each side for 40 seconds. 
Second: plank with shoulder taps for 1min. 
Always perform slow and controlled movements. Keeping your belly button sucked into your spine (sounds funny but try and see 😊). This will definitely get your core burning! 
Strong core muscles mean good posture, solid balance, better digestion, and prevention of injuries.  All very important 💪🏼
