When I look back to where I started with books under my feet to help my legs elevating up, I have to smile while motivated about the future. if your will is strong enough you can reach a whole lot, but you have to kick your ass up everytime again.

It was a little painful first, but if you slowly progress, your wristskin gets harder and the pain drops. #Frontlever progression is my most problematic issue. I dont't know if it is my height. I think I got a pretty good scapula retraction so far but it seems to be not good enough. I might add dragon flags to my plan to get better results.if someone has tipps for me, let me know in the comments :-)

Today I concentrated on negative handstand presses. Did them as slowly as possible. My right hand felt good and stabile two month after surgery. I film myself not only to upload content to IG but to check my form as well. Always aim to execute all elements as clean as I can. I'am very surprised that my rehab works that good. Nearly at that level where I started.
