Holding a little bit more body fat than I’m comfortable with from not taking care of my body proper first moving but my cals remain nice and high, feeling awesome, seeing progress not also in my body but in my strength. On a good road, watch dis spaceeeee. •
I admire girls that are into CrossFit & powerlifting so I like change up my training bye doing my power moves with including more functional training like HITT and boxing.
Serious, I can relate to knowing how scary it is to start, or having to start from scratch again! The most important thing is to just do it, take a deep breath and ask yourself.. do you want this to be DAY ONE OR ON DAY.
Make your decision and results come. Don’t just look for physical progress, also admire your mental progress. If your head isn’t in it, your body won’t follow. You got thisssss.

😻37 c 13 f 9 p of DELICIOUSNESS I used 1 GF roll and sliced it into 4 slices, and baked so it was like bruschetta (I only used a GF roll because macros were 👌) Then I topped it with some low cal sweet chilli, made a sauce from pesto and Greek yogurt, then topped with 60g avo and cherry tomatoes and sliced capsicum 🙌 You could easily add more protein from some sliced meat or egg whites or even cottage cheese.

I can definitely see how these competitions take over people’s lives, even post comp.
It’s hard to not get upset when you put on a few kilos and see your body fat increase again as we know we can always be stricter with dieting and push harder at the gym.
But at what cost?

For a long time i always looked to others for motivation and was comparing myself to well known fitness icons and ripping myself to shreds as to why i didnt look that good.
Post comp I've realised that i am my own motivation, i pushed so damn hard to bring my everything to that stage just to prove that i could do it. Looking back now i am so damn proud of myself and it only gives me more motivation to push harder to beat this girl!!
