Made these quinoa buffalo "meatballs" and omg they tasted exactly like a buffalo chicken nugget! They were made with cauliflower, quinoa, garlic, breadcrumbs and a buffalo hot sauce I made. I really can't believe they taste like chicken 😳 don't get me wrong.. they were mushier and almost fell apart but the actual taste was spot on. Can you tell we were obsessed with buffalo chicken before we started trying vegan foods?? lol glad we can find substitutes though. Also since this has quinoa in them it had more protein than most of the recipes we've been making which is great.
Are guys with bigger arms than you getting all the girls? 😂 Let's change that.. 💪

Body transformation takes time. From the moment I started to get really into my training till now I have gone through many different changes. The top left hand pick was taking 14 weeks out from my first ever fitness competition I was about 65kgs at this point and had little definition. The next photo is me on comp day standing at 57kg I had drop in total 10kgs in my 6month transformation starting at 68kgs, trained harder then ever to get stronger and leaner. Now my current photo 9 weeks out from my next competition my back is growing and I’m sitting now at a healthy 61kgs. Everything is a process, it takes time to get to your goals but you just need to keep pushing.

• 3 onzas de pollo o atún
• 3/4 taza de arbeja china
• 11/3 taza de espinaca
• 1 taza de fresas
Condimentar el filete de pechuga de pollo con ajo y cebolla en polvo, pimienta y sal; sofreír a fuego medio en un sartén previamente calentado con aceite de oliva extra virgen. Sofreír la cebolla, agregar arbeja china y condimentar con pimienta y sal (la arbeja china se deja al dente) por último cortar las fresas previamente desinfectadas y listo👌 Espero que nuestras recetas les estén ayudando a llevar una vida saludable!!!
