Étant une petite gourmande, dans ma recette ce matin j'ai mis 2 Œufs et plus d'eau pour avoir l'impression d'avoir un ÉNORME Bowl Cake dans l'assiette. •Recette un peu plus bas• ◾️Très peu dormi cette nuit, mais j'ai quand même la pêche 🍑 pour ma séance de ce matin qui sera ➡️LE HAUT DU CORPS, en particulier "le Dos" ▫️ Cet après-midi ce sera petite séance Cardio 🏃🏽♀️ ➡️ Recette de mon Super BOWL CAKE GRAINE DE CHIA

It was 4 years ago today we met at our best women’s house and we haven’t looked back since.
After many years of being put down and told so many things I would never become it was hard to see that I could ever truly be happy. Things changed though I took a leap of faith into fitness that would change my life forever and it was all down to a post on Facebook by an old school friend talking about @tough_mudder and joining a bunch of strangers to take in this mammoth challenge. I joined the NFMF tough mudder friends and my life changed into the most amazing journey I could have ever wished for. .
I learnt so much about myself that I had lost for so long and most importantly I learnt to love me. .
My wife aka my best women Eli had insisted I met with her best friend Matt (@sebastianjbreaks ) so after hours of painting her house I agreed, however what I didn’t know then but know all to well now Mr B likes to be late, and by late I mean 4 hrs! I grew tired of waiting and said to my wife I would see her that evening for wine and nibbles. As I was leaving Matt turned up and well the rest is history. .
We have been through so much together in such a short space of time. We grew @jinspaleo together, went to Japan and then the last 2 years he helped me fight for my life and supported me when I was at my lowest health wise. .
I found the love of my life when I found myself. He has shown me that Can’t dose not exist that dreams are there to make a reality and to never ever give up on what truly makes you happy. .
Fitness as brought me so much and most of all it has given me a friend that will always have my back and a man I can call my husband ❤️💕
Why, Just Go Lift?
Because I know how it feels not to like who you see when you look in the mirror, I have felt humiliated because I was so out of shape I physically couldn't do something. I have hurt allot of people before I admitted to myself that I was the one who was hurting. After all the pain I caused to myself and to countless other I decided I wanted to stop the pain. I wanted to help people to love who they see in the mirror and to help them see that they are capable of ANYTHING. The gym is the first step in making that happen. Thank you all for the support in making this all possible.
I want to challenge everyone to do something tomorrow to lift someone up. Hold the door, pay a compliment or share a smile. Let's Just Go Lift each other up

💚 Honey-Lime Shrimp + Grilled Corn Salad 🌞🍤
2 cups fresh, organic corn kernels, cut from the cob
1.5 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsps avocado oil, or olive oil
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp each sea salt and pepper
1.5 cups roma tomatoes, diced
1 large avocado, diced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced, seeds removed .
For the honey-lime dressing:
2 Tbsps fresh lime juice
2 tsps raw honey
2 small fresh garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil .
Place a grill basket on an outdoor grill and heat to medium heat.
Place the corn in the grill basket and cook until lightly charred, occasionally tossing.
In a medium bowl, add the shrimp with the oil and then add smoked paprika, sea salt and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
Transfer the cooked corn to a large bowl. Lightly grease the grill and then place the shrimp on. Cook until the shrimp are pink
and opaque, about 2 minutes per side. Add shrimp to the corn bowl.
Add in the tomato, avocado, cilantro and jalapenio. Gently combine.
In a small glass bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients.
Pour the dressing over the salad, and very gently toss to combine. Enjoy! ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ .
