Today has been a huge milestone for me in terms of how far I have grown in the fitness industry

This time last year I had walked into STPT with €20 to live off, the scrapings of a month's rent and a little banger of a car to get me to and from the gym safe to say winging it with 1 client 🙈 (there was days I walked down to not spend the pennys i had on my petrol)

Really not knowing where I
was going to go with it all but knowing somehow I would make a living from helping people.

Fast forward 1 year to the date

The most loyal and hard working clients I could ask for🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♂️ A HUGE knowledge of training and nutrition from alot of countless hours of study & practice✔

And a unstopable mindset that I know any oppertunity is possible once my mind is in the right place 🥇

And I have a small few to thank for it all because I wouldnt be here if it wasnt for you all so thank you for everything.

Not to mention Alec and myself are now appointed Managers of STPT the gym that took us both in and got us this far ✋

Foam rolling after Spin first thing thismorning, I knew I had a heavy leg day to come after work so had recovery on my mind which I do most of the time 💡😂 Getting into my Quads, IT Bands, Hip Flexors, Glutes and Calves before finishing off with some static stretches. I love this stuff 😜 Can’t seem to hit hamstrings with the roller tho so any suggestions on how to would be great 👌 Any body else reaping the the benefits of the roller? So today I snapped at a lady for parking on double yellow lines right in front of me on the narrow access road to my estate. Said road was already restricted by another illegally parked car on the opposite side of where this lady ended up parking (this is a regular occurrence due to a particular facility located at the front of my estate). In response to my remonstration the lady laughed at my face, left the car where it was and went her merry way.
I know that, although I was in the right, I should not have snapped  and should have instead asked her politely to move but we all get those days when polite really doesn't come easy. 
What really bothers me, though, is that I am still thinking about it when it happened two hours ago!
I find that letting go of #anger can be very hard sometimes. And yet when I do I feel so much happier...

It's not a lot of weight but this is a technical movement that requires the coordination of feet, legs, chest and arms. And a lot of patience to make sure you are keeping the right pace! 
#weightlifting was such a discovery for me. I never in a million years thought this was something I would enjoy nor had I any idea of how much skill is required to do it properly and safely. Now I'm loving it 💜

This time last year I had walked into STPT with €20 to live off, the scrapings of a month's rent and a little banger of a car to get me to and from the gym safe to say winging it with 1 client 🙈 (there was days I walked down to not spend the pennys i had on my petrol)

Really not knowing where I
was going to go with it all but knowing somehow I would make a living from helping people.

Fast forward 1 year to the date

And a unstopable mindset that I know any oppertunity is possible once my mind is in the right place 🥇
