30 sec high knees
30 sec down dog 🐕 toe touch
2 mins total then rest 1 minute and go again
7 Rounds = 20 minutes of work
So easy, so effective, no excuses

Keep it the shoulder blades back and down to try keep trap activation to a minimum 👌
Pause at the top and resist letting the DB fall back down.... CONTROL!
I had these in for 3x12-20 reps, don’t go crazy 😜 with the weight. You want tension over load 🙏

Today has been a huge milestone for me in terms of how far I have grown in the fitness industry
This time last year I had walked into STPT with €20 to live off, the scrapings of a month's rent and a little banger of a car to get me to and from the gym safe to say winging it with 1 client 🙈 (there was days I walked down to not spend the pennys i had on my petrol)
Really not knowing where I
was going to go with it all but knowing somehow I would make a living from helping people.
Fast forward 1 year to the date
I have a client base of 25+ ✔
The most loyal and hard working clients I could ask for🏋️♀️🏋️♂️ A HUGE knowledge of training and nutrition from alot of countless hours of study & practice✔

So lads, I have had 2 nasty accidents with my back over the years. As you probably know I struggled to event stand up for almost a year. I was in such a bad way one time. Surgeons wrote me off and told me I'd never lift more than a bag of sugar again.
However, I didn't accept or believe this thankfully and rehabbed myself.
Here is an exercise which not only strengthens your entire spine but also stretches calves and hamstrings. Tight calves and hamstrings put extra strain on your spine.
I recommend doing it body-weight only in the beginning, nice slow reps, moving from the head all the way down through the spine.

Our feet should be widest at the toes, however modern shoes are widest at the ball and then narrow towards the toes 😱 If you have a bunion or just a foot thats widest at the ball and not at the toes my advice is to wear these lads to help stretch your feet back to their natural shape(try them anyway your feet feel amazing after)... The function of your foot effects your entire body(think tyres of your car), your foot has more joints that your entire spine! Your foot is your first point of contact with the world..
