Here is a really simple rear delt exercise that I love. I usually go with a lighter weight when working the rear to make sure you are working that muscle and not getting to much help from surrounding muscles.
I started to notice my right shoulder (mostly rear delt) becoming much stronger then my left.
Isolating each side one at a time has helped tremendously!
If you notice anything like this happening to you I highly recommend trying movements like this where you are solely using one side of your body. 🙌🙌
Sweetening up this gloomy 🌧 Monday with my CINNAMON MAPLE 🍁TAHINI DRESSING massaged (yes, that's 🔑) into organic lacinato kale 🌿 topped with pom pearls and raw pecans.
Massaging the kale sounds funny, but doing so for 2 to 3 minutes will soften the kale, give it a more vibrant color, and change the flavor from slightly bitter to sweeter! 👏🏻.
For the dreamy fall dressing: Blend together 1/4 cup @peloponnese_foods tahini + 1.5 Tbsp. pure maple syrup + 1 tsp. cinnamon + pinch of pink salt + a little more than 1/4 cup warm water. .
