When your focus is developing a progressive stimulus, (increase reps, sets, weight) or (run faster, jump higher or increase distance). Being restricted or unable to preform lifts in full range of motion can certainly have a negative effect on your ability to preform. Being able to create more stability under load or having a better ability to generate more force due to the fact you have increased range of motion can only have a positive effect. Especially when done correctly.

• 20g Vanille-Proteinpulver
• 50g feine Haferflocken • 300ml Wasser (wahlweise Milch 🍼)

What’s for lunch?  I like to keep my meals simple most of the time and lately I have just been in love with sweet potatoes! Daisy is a big fan of them too 😁 
I used to be that mom that dreaded Monday’s, rushing through the evening frustrated and crabby because I felt like once work was over I ran until the kids went to bed and didn’t get to spend much time with them. My Monday’s are always better when I prep all my meals for most of the week on Sunday, and a plus is I don’t have to spend time cooking most nights. Then the kids and I can enjoy the evening instead of rushing through supper to try to get their homework done and then their bedtime routine done in less than two hours. If you wondering how to save yourself some time and what this meal prep stuff is all about I am happy to share some ideas. 😉

This would mean the same volume of food, but lower calories. I eat the same to cut as to bulk, all I change is my portion sizing and veg to grain ratio. Healthy is a lifestyle not just a diet.

Dinner: 2 turkey steaks, large side of rice, side of veggies.

Snacks: Homemade kind bar and homemade protein peanut butter cup (recipes for these will be linked in my story), large Apple, banana and small cup of OJ with 1tsp Spirulina and 1 tsp wheatgrass mixed in.

Things I didn’t track: sugar and milk in tea and coffee and cooking oils. Also I accidentally ate turkey twice on this day, I usually have eggs for lunch.

I have just finished an awesome back and shoulder workout and am feeling pumped despite feeling a little weaker than usual ...
Why?
...
Because I am 3 weeks in to a cutting phase, and a caloric deficit, aiming to drop some body fat... and when your in a deficit you commonly loose some maximal strength (and thats okay)
...
I wanted to bring this up because I think we seem to forget just how much impact out nutrition has on our body, from the types of foods we eat, to the amounts, and the times we eat them... nutrition is a complex puzzle.
...
But in saying that, its a puzzle that has layers of importance.... and these can vary depending on your goals... but your nutrition should always be tailored to you! Cookie cutter meal plans wont work! ...
While I am aiming to lose fat, my number 1 priority is my energy intake, then my protein, and I keep my fats and carbs a little more flexible.... because staying in a deficit is challenging and a bit of flexibility definitely helps!

I also try to time my carbs around my training tp prioritize performance and muscle sparring
...
But overall I prioritize consistency.... small efforts day in and out add up real fast!

Necesitamos arroz al vapor
Un molde cuadrado
Salmón, aguacate, mostaza, jengibre y lima
Semillas sésamo negro
Monta el arroz en un molde cubriendo toda la base. Incorpora por encima una capa de salmón hasta cubrirlo totalmente. Incorpora otra capa de mostaza, aguacate jengibre y lima. Cubre de nuevo con otra capa de arroz y corona con semillas negras de sésamo. Estas son de @elgranerointegral
Lleva al frigorífico dos horas y come!! ¿Qué os parece la receta? ¿Os animáis a hacerla?
