Everyone has different capabilities. Everyone has different talents, skills and knowledge. So don’t worry about what others are doing, just worry about yourself 👊 sometimes u just have to jump on faith, even when u can’t see the other side clearly #livelifefreely
Too many times we are confused about how much time we should devote towards exercising in a given day or week.
✔️If you are starting from scratch then something as little as 15 min thrice a week is even better.
✔️As beginners we should aim to workout at least 45 minutes thrice a week. Try to consistent rather than overdoing it on a day and then missing workouts through the week. Remember, consistency is key.
✔️For intermediate level athletes, aim to first increase the time to 60 minutes three times a week and then graduate to increasing frequency to four times a week distributing the intensity of the workouts (one of them should be a low moderate impact but skill and mobility based workout) where you are gearing your body towards more complex movements and bullet-proofing it against injuries.
✔️For higher level intermediate to Advanced athletes, let the performance goals determine the frequency and intensity of your workouts wherein you could be active ranging from 5-6 times a week or even clocking in 8-9 workouts a week. Please note at this stage the quality and nature of the workouts determine the duration.
