Sometimes you just want a FAT steak for dinner 😂 I rarely cook steak because I'm scared I'll mess it 🤦🏼♀️ up so I usually would rather just go to a restaurant and have someone make it for me. 👩🏼🍳BUT tonight I cooked my own rib-eye steak and I'm pretty proud of myself! Came out delicious and I have some leftover for lunch tomorrow 👍🏼 ✨✨✨PS: this would have been meal plan approved but the steak was cooked in butter. Like a lot of butter 😅 But no guilt here, cause BALANCE ⚖️ Don't be afraid to indulge every once in a while-- life's too short to deprive yourself of the things you love!❣️

1 grilled chicken breast (marinated in balsamic so it looks dry 😬)
1 cup Brussels sprouts (marinated)
1/2 cup spiced orzo (wheat pasta)
1 boiled egg
1 1/2 scoops wheat oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp plain yogurt
1/2 scoop protein powder (PT jar has full scoop for post-PT recovery lol)
Lil treat (Herbalife protein bites, and peep the thicc cookie butter Oreo 🤤)
—> let them sit in the fridge overnight and BAM, breakfast!
Loved our dinner today, Chicken Tiki Masala rice bowls. Mine was with cauliflower rice. Anything with coconut is so good! Anything made that is super quick and easy with my instant pot is even better. Dinner took 10 min of active time to make and that's because I had to cook the rice.The rest was all up to my instant pot, dinner was severed in 30 minute! •

If you are doing unhealthy things to look fit you totally missing the point. Playing with hormones and drugs to lose weight or gain muscle is so dangerous. Natural is the best and safest way to go. You won't gain huge amounts of muscle but you won't regret it when you are older either. STAY FIT #DEDICATED
Wraps are my jam....fast fried pork chops sliced up and put into a wrap with cream cheese.... real fancy🤔.... nahhhh... in all seriousness part of dieting is being able to understand that food is fuel.... so many times people want to get in shape, than proceed to become discouraged and confused when they hear the clean eating and calories don't matter trap....please do not fall into this trap.....if you want to lose weight this is what you do.....
1. Determine tdee ( google tdee to find your TOTAL DAILY ENERGY EXPENDITURE)
2. Set calories at anywhere between 1000 and 500 below tdee that you calculated in step 1
3. Get my fitness pal and set total calories (do not use their activity calculator... you already have yours from step 1 so don't confuse yourself
4. Set protein at the percentage level is atleast .8/lb of bodyweight but no more than 1g/lb of bodyweight( anything more is a waste of calories.... you are already plenty safe)...fill the remaining percentage with carbs and fat.... higher carbs for faster metabolisms.... higher fat for slower
5. Get a good scale because you will need it.... what doesn't get measured can't be managed.... you will never get optimal results by eyeballing shit..... that's just guessing😐
6. Input your food and stick to it....it's really not that bad once you get used to it

Just 3 and a half weeks ago, I could barely finish a mile under 10 minutes on Level 1. Being a former track runner, thts shameful. I told myself I will practice and be better. Yesterday I completed 2 miles in 15.5 Level 1 (no hills) Today I pushed myself and completed a mile and a half in 15 minutes on Level 2 plus HILLS! I really pushed myself the last 1 and a half at 9.4 speed. I am so proud of myself!! 💪🏽🏋🏽
Dinner tonight! A rainbow on my plate. So delicious 😋. My daughter @hana_glenn made the deviled eggs and man they were good. Thanks love for your help. Easy to eat healthy when it taste so good. Seasoning is everything to me. I love making my own dressing it makes all the difference. And yes all three of my kids and the hubby all ate this. In my house, everyone eats what I serve and there are no other options, ever.
Slept in this morning, I pressed snooze and woke up too late to work out. So I was able to get it in, but what was suppose to take me 37 minutes, took me about an hour and 30 minutes! I must have pressed pause 50 times! While hubby was still at work, I had to make dinner, help out with homework, serve dinner, all while I was suppose to get my work in. And again, this is why the morning works out for me.. In the morning you get it out of the way, No one needs anything, and I get it done quickly. So tonight was a lil challenging and I could have said you know what, I’ll skip today, But nope! This momma has goals and I’m sticking to them.
