You can perform this at home ORRRR at the gym! It’s always good to switch up your cardio, so take a break from your normal treadmill walk or stair master workout & try this instead!

I have spent most of 2017 working with @jalilly85 on my back squat to sort out my form, get my confidence back and get on with it. Today I added 12.5kg to a summer PR to squat 80kg, taking me finally well over body weight. I nearly cried I was so damn pleased. 1. Составь распорядок питания в течении дня. Он может выглядеть следующим образом:
07.30 - завтрак
10.00 - второй завтрак
12.30 - обед
15.30 - небольшой "перекус" (возможно перед тренировкой)
18.30 - ужин
21.30 - легкий второй ужин
2. . На рынке или в супермаркете - неважно. .
3. Приобретай раз в месяц спортивное питание (гейнер, протеин) и другие специализированные продукты. Если, конечно, ты их употребляешь. Углеводным или протеиновым напитком вполне можно заменить один из приемов пищи.
4. Приспособься к своему рабочему или учебному графику, чтобы прием пищи не вызывал сложностей. Регулярность питания - один из важнейших аспектов в массонаборном цикле. Бери дневной рацион на работу и храни в холодильнике. . В конце концов, именно твоими мышцами они потом будут восхищаться.
5.Углеводы должны составлять 55% рациона, белки - 25%, жиры - 20% всего рациона.
6. Старайся есть меньше, но чаще. Не перегружай желудок. Пища лучше усваивается, если ее принимать небольшими порциями.
Очень важный момент, какие именно продукты ты будешь есть. Питание билдера должно состоять из следующих продуктов:
Из углеводов отдай предпочтение овсянке, гречке, рису, макаронным изделиям, картофелю, ржаному хлебу, галетному печенью.

Just a few months ago, I wouldn’t have been caught dead at the gym (or anywhere in public for that matter) in a cropped shirt because I’ve always been really insecure about my midsection. I’ve loved the growth in my strength that came with my fitness journey but my confidence has grown that much too and I loved that even more. 🤗 Happy Friday friends!!! I must admit, cutting has been going pretty well for me. It’s the hardest thing for me to achieve. Like most I tend to struggle with my diet, specially getting to correct amount of macros on a daily basis.

When you’re dealing with cutting, it all comes down to consuming the correct amount of calories & macros. BUT the single most important thing is maintaining a caloric deficit! Burning fat, losing weight, and cutting all deal with caloric deficit.

CALORIC DEFICIT- any shortage in the amount of calories consumed relative to the amount of calories required for maintenance of current body weight.

A caloric deficit is recommended to be done moderately. This insures that you are achieving your goals the healthy way. Although, it may take a bit more time, it’s all worth it at the end when you know you haven’t put your body through an unhealthy state.

Today was basically a “me” day + my daughters by my side🙌🏼 My hair is officially done and I’m, again, in love with it!! I love my hair bright bright blonde so much! I got it done when my girls were supposed to have their naps and surprisingly they did amazing for not napping thank goodness🙌🏼 After that, we went Christmas and grocery shopping which led to major success of finishing shopping for my hubby and having fruit, veggies, a turkey (yaaaasssss🦃) and other yummy yummy things in the house again🙌🏼 Seriously, today couldn’t have gone any better than it has. I haven’t done any workouts today since I’ve been out and about ALL day and I’m going to be up bright and early for spin YAY🚴🏼‍♀️ Today was definitely needed to just basically relax/have an active rest day. I feel very well rested (especially when my girls slept in until 10am) and energized and I’m totally gonna be ready for tomorrow’s adventures! Ps, I spy my very adventurous baby girl💕

222lbs 😁 probably could be lower but I had no shame grubbing on some major carbs for Thanksgiving and of course it's Holiday season so it's been hard to say no to all those yummy sweets. However, I am trying my hardest to stay on track 😉. Now just trying to prepare for all those Tamales on Xmas day 😨 😂. So everyone just remember that it's okay to struggle, especially during the holidays! Just get back on track and no giving up.

You probably are following someone that you are aspiring to look like. But why? Let me ask you what is your overall goal? What means a lot to you? To look a certain way or to feel a certain way. Most people see these crazy Instagram models and say “man I wish I looked like that” but how can you judge what you want for your life based on a picture? For me to get down to this body fat percentage it took me to dedicate my whole life around it. You feel brain dead because you have low calories and you have no social life because your always at the gym. Is that something you’re wanting? I think most people are wanting to lose weight because they want to increase their self confidence. Now that I can believe and admire because you are wanting to become a better version of yourself. To be straight up and honest this decision you are embarking on should be put in the perspective that it is going to take a lot longer than you think. Your goal should be to feel better and keep your lifestyle as you lose weight. If you want to set a realistic goal of what is really going to happen, then tell yourself that your goal weight is going to take not just weeks, but months. Maybe even years. Set your reality for the long term and what you really want to achieve. Be your best. Don’t aspire to look like someone else.
