#sorrynotsorry for long post ahead #motivation and #inspiration 😏🤗🙆 We can all get busy with work, school, family, friends, kids, after school activities, etc..the list goes on and on. But when are you making time for yourself? Where does your ME time fit into your day? When will you start your fitness journey? When will you regain your confidence and seld esteem??? In order to make a change for YOU, you have to put in the work and make time! YOU are important too! Your body and lifestyle is not going to change by itself. YOU have to make the time and put it into action! YOU have to have self-discpline. #Success starts with self-discipline! Have a plan. And do it daily! Just do it and accomplish it!! You will not regret it I promise! You cannot forget about YOU! YOU are important too! ❤
Last night I got 3 mi in at the trail here in my hometown. It felt sooo good!! Running has been a part of my life for a while now. I thank my brother for introducing me to it. Just keep on choppin, no matter the pace, he would always say. I still hear those words echo when I feel like I want to stop, give up. But hey, it'll get there eventually! 🙂 Believe in yourself! I am no long distance runner, just 3-5 mi does wonders for my mind, heart and body🙄 And my tunes..gotta have my tunes along for the ride!! 🎶 (On a side nite, I do love the #nike Air Max as my #running shoes. I've had other brand names in the past, but THESE are the best!! I'll never go back to anything else for running.)
After my run, I got home this evening and tackled #ShiftShop Strength 35. And wowza... 👊👌 I feel awesome! The combo of workouts this evening has got me on a high!! High on life! High on self esteem! High on confidence! That's a win all around guys and gals!! My #sweatyselfie is proof I have busted my ass! I gotta get my body back.. I crave it!! 💪🙆😁
If you want to feel this way..you have to hold yourself accountable! There is no other way around it!

A little about my fitness journey.. My story with Beachbody is like alot of others. I was up late at night and saw the infomercial for Insanity! I couldn't believe all the crazy moves they were doing, wow they are insane! 😄 I knew I could stand to lose a few pounds, who couldn't, so I ordered it! When I got it I was soooo excited to try it and begin my journey! The trainer Shaun T is amazing!! He keeps you going even when you want to give up! I got into the best shape of my life! I couldn't believe it. The feeling you get, the results, the accomplishment of completing your workouts and the program, it's an incredible feeling. It's not just physically, mentally as well 😊
Working out and running has always been my therapy. My brother got me into running a while ago and I've loved it ever since. I just put my tunes on and go! #therapy
Then when BB came into my life it took me to a whole nother level of being fit and healthy! Along my journey I've done Insanity, T25, Insanity Max 30, Piyo, Les Mills Combat(one of my favs), 21 Day Fix, 22 Min Hard Corps AND I'm about to begin Shift Shop!!
