I have mad respect for anyone that finds it within themselves the power to want to change 🔥.
Honestly that is the hardest part, getting yourself mentally 🤖 up for a change. -
When i made the change to a healthier lifestyle, it was easy for me because i had already been an athlete my whole life. 🧞♂️ But, that doesn’t mean i don’t understand the struggle! -

De vuelta al camino, vuelve concentración al 100, y aunque no he descansado si bajé un poco el ritmo. Terminó ciclo escolar, se viene más trabajo y más proyectos primeramente Dios y sigo con mis compromisos personales, familiares así como en la Iglesia, con una novia que amo bastante ❤ y mil de metas por delante.
El éxito es para valientes, los sueños se construyen y se trabajan día a día. Fácil es poner escusas y dormirse en lo que siempre se ha hecho, la zona de confort mata y frustra. Soñando no seré el mejor pero juntando todos los elementos necesarios se que lo lograré. • single arm row, 25 reps
• close grip bent over row, 20 reps
• wide grip single arm row, 20 reps
• deadlifts, 25 reps
>> 4 sets each. Can be performed either as two supersets or one circuit. <<
For each of these exercises 💪🏽😘, it’s important to keep your back as straight as possible and your abs tight for maximum lower back support. And please know that whenever I say this, it applies to everyone, not just those with back issues. In fact, if you have back pain, 🚫you shouldn’t be doing these types of exercises. Strengthen your core first and relieve your pain before trying these. .
