He’s the one with the real fishing pole. .
He starts nearly every morning out on that dock. Fishing has become was of his favorite hobbies. My heart fills with pride when I glance over at him from my front porch, standing on that dock, participation in a sport that not only fills him with pride, but is also teaching him patience and perseverance.
This morning, the pride that filled my heart overflowed as I walked across the street to visit the busy fisherman. My younger ones like to join Trey as he fishes, but they don’t yet have fishing poles of their own. Treyden lets them hold his, and even cast at times, but his generosity has many times led to big BIG tangles. I think he was getting tired of sharing, so he took it upon himself to make his brother and sister their own fishing poles.
By tying fishing string to the end of a thick stick, and attaching a hook at the bottom, his siblings could now participate in the fishing experience, without using big brothers pole. Honestly, I couldn’t even believe how good it worked. So far they’ve caught many a’ fish with these homemade poles.
How lucky I am to have these little blessings, and how lucky they are to have each other ❤️
Are you a late night owl or an early bird? I could be both. Believe it or not, I'm crazy, I usually get 4-5 hrs of sleep to function. Even after my late night run last night, I woke early to do more running this morning. Almost at 10k steps now.
My job moved to a brand new building, built from the ground up, the fitness center has been delayed to open, still under construction. However, we could use the fitness center at the building next to us.
I decided to take advantage if It. I arrived at 6 am to find a couple of guys already there, just lifting weights.
No mirrors at the machines, only in bathroom. I've been working only flexibility too but not great enough for pics yet.
Ya gotta stretch!! •Stretching is incredibly important! Think of your muscle like a piece of laffy taffy. If cold, it can break (or tear in reference to muscles). But when warmed up, it can stretch easily. It takes about 10 seconds for your GTO (golgi-tendon organ) to activate and "warm up" muscles. This is what allows your muscles to stretch without causing harm. So everytime you stretch, hold it for at least 10 seconds. •And when my muscles are just too tight, I grab my FOAM ROLLER! This baby helps relax the fascia tissue that supports the muscles. Super important for rebuilding and growing (and not pulling) your muscles! •So long story short, always warm up and cool down. And if your muscles feel tight, grab a foam roller and roll 'em out!! @loseitwithelie
Daily read: The mind often misses what the spirit is trying to enlighten us with because it is so busy and chaotic. The mind should not be filled with reasoning, worry, anxiety, fear and the like. It should be calm, quiet and serene.
It is impossible to be alert and focused when the mind is loaded down with the things it was never meant to carry.

Considerando que o vetor de força de reação do solo (seta preta) que parte da sola do pé está verticalizado, as massas deverão estar equilibradas entre o lado direito e esquerdo dessa seta para que o movimento seja feito com equilíbrio.
Assim, um dos benefícios desse tipo de agachamento é que a manutenção da postura da coluna é facilitada enquanto que, naturalmente, os joelhos serão mais projetados a frente também para manter o equilíbrio entre as partes (passando da ponta do pé).
Como podemos perceber, diferentes agachamentos geram diferentes reações do corpo em relação ao posicionamento das suas articulações e da carga. Isso mostra que NÃO EXISTE o agachamento perfeito e a generalização que um tipo agachamento é o ideal para todos é a mais pura ignorância. Somente um profissional qualificado saberá prescrever o melhor agachamento para um cliente, momento e objetivo específicos.
