There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance.
We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create.
Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life. -- John Lennon
The higher you aim, the greater the risk and the greater the output will be. But if you aim low, you will get nothing, because everybody can aim low. Contour your objectives well!

Merry Christmas from our featured trainer of the week is Bekah, who also happens to also be our NEWEST TRAINER. She has a passion for helping others achieve balance with fitness, faith, family and food. Seeing these things work in unison for REAL people in REAL life is truly an amazing and very attainable task.
Her entire life she was overweight with nominal athletic talent. After having her second child, a friend inspired her to run a 5K. She spent the next few years learning to fuel her body properly and lift weights. In 2011, she ran the Disney Marathon and competed in her first body building competition, the Gold’s Classic this year. She even placed 2nd in Women’s Novice Figure. She is most proud of overcoming her eating disorder and maintaining a healthy lifestyle while working and caring for two young children.
Bekah doesn’t eat boring food or suffer through boring workouts. She doesn't expect her clients to either! Give us a call to schedule your Free Assessment and Workout with Bekah!

Everyone works out on days when they're motivated and they feel like it.What matters is what we do on the days when we don't feel like it. .
Those are the days that set us apart, and those are the days when changes are made in our bodies. .
It's when discipline has to take over. We succeed because we show up on THOSE days. It never has to look perfect, but we just fight through it...and we progress. .
The cool thing is that motivation will return, but motivation and momentum are a RESULT of taking action, not the other way around. So, yes, it's Early, Yes, it's the holiday season, Yes, I have a busy day of Christmas shopping ahead of me, yes a lot of us feel like we can wait until the New year, What good comes from waiting? .
Are you going to feel better about yourself? Have more confidence? Is not moving going to make you happier? You know the answer to all of those questions is no. Only work out on days you want to be happy <3
