😋Root beer is hands down my favorite soda of all time. If you don't like root beer then I'm not sure we can be friends. Anyway, I don't drink the regular version very often because its got oodles of extra calories that I'd rather not consume, or better yet, put towards a tasty food instead.

💡Something I like to talk to my online coaching clients about is making small changes in their overall nutrition plan. Something as simple as swapping a regular soda for diet soda, water, seltzer, coffee, tea, or using some flavoring to make guzzling down buckets of water a bit tastier.

❤️I'm not telling you to never enjoy your favorite soda, but simply to be mindful of how many you're consuming. If you're drinking multiple sodas per day, you could easily be adding an extra 400 calories that might just be your limiting factor in your weight loss progress.

💥Let's make it simple, though, shall we? If you drink soda daily, try replacing just one of those sodas with a 0 or low-calorie beverage. You don't have to quit cold turkey, just try this one swap and see how it goes. Try that for an entire week and then see where you're at.

👏By making this a habit, you can very easily jump start some fat loss, boost your energy, and start to feel better, all without even messing with the food component of your diet. -

Here’s the thing- if you eat 100% clean and live with total discipline, never missing a workout or eating a french fry- you may not live to be 100, but you’ll sure as hell feel like it.  That shit is tiring! 
Instead of being so focused on what the tag on my pants says, I choose to eat and live in a manner that allows me to age proud, with a body I’ve worked for— but more importantly, without always telling myself ‘You can’t have that’. Restrictions are for prisoners, and my record is clean. 
Life is short— While you’re here, LIVE IT. 
I workout regularly, I eat well 80% of the time, but I also like to have a drink, or a cupcake, or a slice (or more😉) of pizza when I want to. I don’t take it too seriously. Some days I want a 6 pack, but the truth is, what the hell does a 6 pack get me? Nothing! So, let's focus on living and loving life… ✌🏻

The girl on the right isn't obsessed with that piece of wedding cake she ate and throwing herself into a HUGE GUILT TRIP, hayyyyy. She is COMFORTABLE eating that {seriously delicious cake} because she knows she has CONTROL of her life! She knows tomorrow she will do her 30 minute work out, have her superfoods shake & check in with her awesome fit babes!! •

Every single day I incorporate some kind of workout into whatever I do, whether its going on walks, bicycle rides -if I have a back pack it has some weight in it, so ill do shoulder shrugs. Subconsciously lift your legs higher when you walk, as if doing high knees, but not looking so awkward in public.

Desde quinta feira estou fazendo uma "limpeza" aqui nesse corpinho que Deus me deu e ontem se encerrou. Na quarta feira tivemos um pequeno deslize KAKAKAK mentira, eu não tinha planos pra isso mas a Gucci sim 🤷🏻‍♀️ deslizei e ganhei uma bolsa de presente, queria que todos meus furos eu ganhasse presente pois furaria mais vezes KKKKKKK aquelas.
Brincadeiras à parte eu vim falar sobre o resultado: foram 2.3kgs eliminados nesses 3 dias 😱 provavelmente uma grande parte era inchaço mas eu tô bastante feliz com o resultado e vou fazer de novo ☝🏻
Então é isso, vou me alimentar hoje normal e quando sentir vontade vou colocar a "limpeza" em pratica de novo KAKAKAKAKA

Sometimes you just have to have to be coordinated with your girl! I know it won't last forever, so I'm soaking up every moment I can get. Such a busy week... I spent 2 days testing my first graders, which led to some serious reflection and brainstorming. I worked on solidifying everything for grad school (masters in special education behavioral analysis-BCBA). I got in 6 days of workouts. I am 5 weeks in on my dedicated strength training program (4 days of lifting). Tonight is date night, but we will be spending it getting ready for Christmas (#keepingitreal). Tomorrow will be a special trip for our kids to the Santa Train. Very excited to be hosting our neighborhood cookie party this afternoon. I get stressed when I'm not busy. So apparently I should be super relaxed right now 🙃). I hope you are having a fabulous day!

Day 90 of 90 and I’ve completed P90X3!! This was a great program with a mix of just about everything...Strength, cardio and conditioning.  For the athlete in all of us!:). It feels good to complete it just before the holidays but that doesn’t mean I stop.  In fact, I already have my next plan in place to combat this upcoming holiday season as best I can:). It absolutely does not mean I don’t get to enjoy because trust me, I will enjoy my holiday meals:). This just means I am prepared to get right back to job of getting to my goals when all is done!
