4 mesi di dieta flessibile e allenamenti intensi --> CrossFit 💗
4 mesi in cui nel mezzo c'è stata l'estate, centinaia di feste/aperitivi/cene fuori, il mio compleanno, le ferie; ma anche la preparazione alle gare, gli Adriatic Games, una sola settimana di rest in tutta l'estate. Ho dovuto rinunciare a qualcosa? No! Ho fatto tutto, senza negarmi niente.
Com'è stato possibile? Ho rispettato il piano che mi ero imposta, l'alimentazione che mi sono costruita, senza vietarmi niente e vivendo serenamente ogni scelta.
Per tutte le persone che credono che avere uno stile di vita "sano" significhi rinunciare a tante cose, ad uscire, alla propria vita sociale... beh non è così, chi mi conosce lo sa bene 😊🎉💃
La foto non mostra un cambiamento drastico, ma quello che si é trasformato in questi mesi sono soprattutto le gambe, da sempre il mio punto forte 😂🐂
Soddisfatta? Ovviamente no, anzi! Ora il mio obiettivo personale è diventare molto più forte di adesso, per cui a breve modificherò di nuovo alimentazione e tipologia di allenamento. Ma direi che la strada è quella giusta, per cui avanti.

I've been MIA but still following the #TIUapprovedmeals & mixing in the 21 day challenge with weight lifting. I'm extremely sore from this week, excited to get back into being more consistent with workout days. Life has been a little crazy the last few weeks with surgery, unpacking in our new home, & a new baby kitten!! I've been working out but only 3 days a week. This week I started back up for 5 days a week full force, 1 active rest day, & 1 full rest day. I got this 😉💪🏼💃🏻

The reason I left my original career and own business as a Graphic Artist, out of fear that I would not have enough money to provide.
The reason I took job after job as a bouncer and in the security industry, (a field I knew nothing about) in order to make ends meet.
The reason I had an extremely painful eye operation to try to become a Police Officer which I failed at, thank God (No offence to Police Officers, I just know that I could not do it myself). These three are the reason I took shift work... days, afternoons, nights, split-shifts (sometimes within the span of 1 week) that left my mind, body and spirit numb.
I've lost jobs, I've lost so called "friends" and even lost so called "family" all while trying to do right by them.
I've endured many other hardships over the past 14 years, but God has pulled me through.
I don't post their pics a lot out of a parent's concern for protection. This picture happens to be about 7 years old.
These three are the reason I am, have become and have to be, The Iron Spartan.
A father's love endures a lot.
