Set that stair master for 60 minutes but I was done after 30 minutes. I decided to stop but something made me continue. I turned that intensity a down, but I did complete 60 minutes. 40 minutes of strength training completed this evening also.. 1075 calories burned. #WorkOutFlow !! It's a #Movement !!

Here's a lil action from today's meal prep for the week! Keepin' it clean, lean, & green even while we are in the middle of our move this week. I had to plan exactly what I needed to keep out to cook with today, & the rest I packed up in 📦 Making it werk because I don't want to eat terribly thoughout the move!!👌🏼💪🏼👊🏼💃🏻
I've been SO bad about checking-in! But that doesn't mean I've been slacking, it's just (one of) the busiest times of year at my work & we are closing escrow on our first home 🏡!! I'm so excited 😆Regardless, I haven't missed one day & have been eating clean! Switched up my workouts this week by mixing in more weight training as well & here's a little #TIUFlexFriday for ya! 🏋🏽♀️
Today's Shoulder Workout - try it out for a great burnnn 🔥💪🏼
-Dumbbell Shoulder Press (4 sets of 12 reps)
-Kettlebell Upright Rows (4 sets of 12 reps)
-Dumbbell Shoulder Flys (4 sets of 12 reps w/both arms at same time)
-Push-ups (4 sets of 10 slow reps)
-Swiss Ball Chest Press (4 sets of 12 reps)
*Take 30-60 second breaks between each set & move & do drop sets as needed (I used 5-12 pounds)
*I did a 20 min intense cardio warmup prior on the treadmill/elliptical
Lasy night just before I teach @melt_pilates_hotyoga , while unexpected ⛈ storms clearing the air, the powerful sun didn't stop experiencing themselves, and give us beautiful rainbows 🌈 🌈to see. Everything is connected, wile Shannon 😘make the picture from downstairs ❤️I did one from upstairs 😁and you can see the second rainbow 🌈🌈 quietly showing up 😍😍
