The world of competition is tremendously sacrificed
When you start preparing for a competition and, above all, when there are only a few weeks to compete, it is no longer possible to give those whims that make a healthy diet compatible with social life. You will hardly find anything in bars and restaurants that you can eat without worry. Many competitors feel isolated from their non-athletic friends and their relatives when they begin to avoid the places where they used to go to eat and dine. Competition can be very lonely depending on the interests of your friends and loved ones. And the hours you used to spend relaxed after work will become gym hours. The results will be fantastic and your hard work will bear fruit, but you have to know that the world of competition is tremendously sacrificed and not everyone is worth it.
The key is to enjoy the process and present yourself proud of the achievements. Thus, both victory and defeat will be sweet fruits.It is important that you know what you want to get out of the competition. There are a lot of people that get prepared to the extreme and they look absolutely fantastic on stage. But there is a part of the competition that is not seen on stage, and that's all the competitors have done to get there. Take care of your health and do not let yourself be manipulated
Many girls cut carbohydrates completely for two weeks or more and dehydrate to health hazards before going on stage. That is not the only way to do it. Most of these supplements will not harm you, unless you have some illness. WHO WANTS ABS? Here's a little Hykso challenge we put out there recently. This was kind of a marketing experiment inspired by my friend @model.workouts to see if people would respond to Hykso-created workouts. The results were great, this video went a little viral, picked up 25X more organic views than our typical posts and was saved 300X! Looking forward to to adding some production quality next time and creating a series of drills/challenges. Just a tiny step in the direction of making Hykso more of a content provider in the long run 💪
