So thought I'd show some progress from November to this morning😃 in November I realised I had gained quite abit of weight back and didn't have much shape. I found @gracefituk online and have been researching everything to do with fitness every night. I decided to start cutting down a lot from what I was eating and swapping to healthier foods. This pic is from 3 months of cutting down through the week, one treat meal and 1 month of doing the @gracefitguide 😎 there isn't much difference/not expecting to see much difference yet. However I'm super excited to carry on with it and see more upcoming results🤓

Good mornin’! I think I made my best cappuccino ever ever this morning😍😂 it’s sooo fluffy and the secret for a delicious one is to put a touch of cocoa powder in the cup before to put everything else 👌 today I am off from my morning run I have my legs so sore, I will do a hiit workout from #fitnessblender this morning and a long walk with my little baby dog after lunch. He stole and ate half pack of kibbles yesterday Evening 😳🤦🏻♀️🤣

I mean I'll probably post to my regular insta and Snapchat but that's for myself as a "today you did this" kinda thing. Also, bought some leggings online and I'm so excited to receive them! From @fabletics, thought they were the Demi ones but they ain't 😅 got them on sale tho so i don't mind. Got about 100 extra bucks to spend on whatever after I pay my bills and such on thursday so I'm thinking about going shopping with my sister and getting gym stuff lol. I'm ready to start killing my gym game. I'm doing a lot of talk on here, hope that keeps me accountable 😂

The best way to improve your technique is to practice. 4 sets of 10 reps every morning and evening and you’ll be looking like this is no time!

Ok so I might have skipped one of my goals and went straight to another ... It was slow and definitely sluggish and hot but 3.4km jog in 27.5 Mins ... I’m stoked.
I didn’t have access to seeing the distance I was going to be able to stick to my 500m on/off plan, so I just ran the whole way and timed it when I got back.
Last time I ran I was about 3kg lighter - had stronger legs and of course hadn’t been recovering from #abdominalsurgery so - this is great I think.
It’s amazing how more positive you feel about ... well anything really when you do things that make you feel accomplished!! #fitnessgoals2018
