I love this exercise, I find it really works my booty. 
Start by taking a wide stance. The more your feet are apart, the more you activate your glute muscles and not your quads (front of thighs).
Remember to keep always your back in neutral position. 
Add 3 sets of 15 reps 3 times a well to your home routine. 
Sentadilla de sumo con kettlebell.
Es un magnífico ejercicio para glúteos. Recuerda de mantener tu espalda recta, en posición neutral (nunca redondee la espalda).

Do you ever think about how in this great big world you can make an impact on people's lives? When we scroll through Instagram, it is so easy to like and comment on the pictures of those that look amazing, but let's also take a moment to encourage those that are working so hard to reach their goals.  This is such a great platform for women to encourage one another...we need to be each other's cheerleaders and create a positive role model to future generations of young women to lift each other up!

The resistance band bicep curl is an easy way to tone your arms without picking up dumbbells or barbells. You can do it anywhere, and it’s a great addition to your home routine. This exercise uses the resistance of the band to make your biceps engage and contract allowing you to strengthen your arms without even holding a weight. You can work with more or less resistance just by choosing different bands or shortening the one that you have. The resistance band is a very useful, versatile  and quite inexpensive tool to have at home. 
Start by doing  3 sets of 15 repetitions after warming up your arms, 3 times a week.

Sposoby, aby dokonać zmian w ciele jednocześnie na minus z tłuszczu i na plus w mięśnie są trzy, ale najpierw jak zwykle wyjaśnię, jak to wszystko działa.

Aby chudnąć z tłuszczu, trzeba mieć dietę ustawioną na deficyt kaloryczny około -200kcal dziennie poniżej swojego zapotrzebowania.

Aby nabierać mięśni, trzeba mieć dietę ustawioną na nadwyżkę kaloryczną około +200kcal dziennie powyżej swojego zapotrzebowania.

Czy da się jednocześnie być na plusie i minusie? A da się jednocześnie spadać w dół i unosić w górę? Albo jechać jednocześnie autem w dwie przeciwne strony, zbliżając się do dwóch celów podróży położonych w przeciwnych kierunkach? Nie da się.

Co więcej, jeśli jemy "na oko" na za dużym minusie jak 100% moich podopiecznych okazuje się zawsze, to nie spalimy tłuszczu, bo metabolizm jest zbytnio zwolniony. To samo jeśli jemy "na oko" za dużo chcąc budować mięśnie na siłowni - owszem rośniemy, ale nabieramy nie mięśni tylko wodę i tłuszcz i po redukcji nic z tej "masy" potem się okazuje, że nie zostało.

Podstawowym warunkiem więc aby zrobić jedno, drugie lub oba efekty jednocześnie, jest PRECYZYJNIE policzona dieta, kalorie, makroskładniki (białko, węglowodany, zdrowe tłuszcze), ich rozkład odpowiednio w posiłkach w ciągu doby itd itp.

So maybe the run wasn't the best but JUST BEING OUTSIDE!!!!!! Is the best feeling. As adults we never just go outside. We are hustling here and there. So to be able to go and play outside for 4 miles at 5am. Is a 🎁.
