STRENGTH & CONDITIONING SESSION DONE!
Today's session consisted of:
Squat to Press 3 x 10
Dumbbell Walking Lunges 3 x 20
Squat Jumps 3 x 30 second rounds (15secs rest)
Farmers Walk 3 x 40 second rounds (20secs rest)
Push Ups 3 x 20
Deadlifts 3 x 10
Lat Pull Down 3 x 10
Triceps Dips 3 x 12
Battle Ropes 3 x 30 second rounds (15secs rest)
Overhead Press 3 x 10
Kettlebell Swings 3 x 1 minute rounds (30secs rest)
Russian Twist 3 x 30 second rounds (15secs rest)
Sit Ups 3 x 20
Plank 3 x 1 minute rounds (15secs rest)
I try and stick to 30 seconds rest in between sets for this workout (apart from the times in brackets). This helps keep the intensity of the session up where I need it to be. Good session! 💪😃🏋👌🏃👍⭕⚫

It's finals season which means there isn't a whole lot of lifting going on since studying and work takes up majority of the time.
