I love incorporating weights into my workouts, but sometimes the best workouts just use your own body weight 💪🏽 i get so much satisfaction after completing my one pull-up and my push up circuit...and i can tell I’m getting stronger by just putting my body weight to good use. Plan for upper body days this week is to work on my pull ups, complete a push up circuit, then do a smaller set of weighted exercises focusing on isolating certain muscles 🏋🏼♀️
