Omg🙌🏼 Do you like Starbucks ? .. or Love it ..😉 But hate the high amounts of sugar/calories that go into making those delicious white mochas 🤤.. 🙋🏼 yup! I used to 👉🏼DRINK 👈🏼copious amounts of calories a Day .. and wonder why I wasn't losing weight 🤔😭 Working out , eating (mostly) clean, and still the scale wouldn't budge .. or I would gain weight 😤 why? Those liquid calories add up so fast ! A soda here, a latte there, another mocha the next day .. all of a sudden it's the end of the week and I had consumed thousands of calories in drinks 🙀 🚫 So I made a change . Drank water when I was thirsty 💦 & ate fruits/veggies/proteins when I was hungry . Now i am on the right track to A healthier me , but I still want a white mocha frapp every once in a while .. 🙄 so I came up with a delicious recipe with my caffe shakeology 🙌🏼 1 scoop caffe shakeology, 3/4 cup water , 3/4 cup black coffee( cooled) , ice, and 2 tsp white mocha . It turned out better than I anticipated & Its packed w/ 16g protein/superfoods /fiber/ antioxidants /and all under 200 cals. Yasss😍

I've just received the unedited photos from yesterday's shoot. Progress has been made, but this is the start rather than the end. My motivation is re-ignited and my new goals are extra big.

After constantly watching @demibagby post impressive videos and talking about seeing what the human body can do. I was inspired so I know this isn't on her level but it's a start. I love doing stuff like this and incorporating it in my fitness. So this doing pistol squats on the bosu. The first video with weight is 20#, then 30#, then 40# after doing leg this morning. Hoping to slowly bring more videos in the future.
