Used @myproteinuk omega seed mix to make these crunchy flax crackers:
Combine the seed mix with 1 cup water and 1/4 cup of chia seeds. Set aside for about 20mins. Add in a tablespoon of syrup (maple, agave, honey etc) and whatever spices you like to make them sweet or savoury. (I used smoked paprika and garlic salt). Then spread a thin layer over a prepared tray and bake in the oven for about 45mins or until dry and browned.

Today I blended my spinach with strawberries, mango, chia seeds, ground flax, kefir, pomegranate juice and glutamine. This shake packs a decent punch at 256 calories, 32g carbs, 9g fiber (no added sugar), 2g saturated fat, 5g polyunsaturated, 481mg potassium, 66% vitamin a, 90% vitamin c, 26% calcium, 13% iron. Nevermind the boost to my bone health with glutamine.
