Golden Milk Zucchini Oatmeal //
-Bring 1/2 cup coconut milk 1/2 cup water to a low boil
-add 1/3 cup oats, 1/3 thinly sliced zucchini, and 1 TBS flaxmeal
-mix in turmeric, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and a little honey to taste
-I topped mine with @theculturedkitchensac live coconut yogert, frozen bluebs, @artisanaorganics coconut butter, and a lil @eatnuttzo peanut protein! SO GOOOOOOD

I’m a firm and loyal supporter of the Levante cuisine and its big potentials, achieving, maybe the greatest comfort-food combinations ever on our planet, making them so magical, that every time I discover a new recipe, until I make it, I feel like a little child waiting to get his new toy😍😍. The aromas combined with the healthy-properties, deriving from the spices incorporated-in, become a feast of flavors😋. What a great combination are orange and cardamom! I’ve missed it, since we were sailing, in a summer-time mood, but as autumn is catching-up, this great combination, will be a great idea, to make it in a cake, and specially, using Greek yogurt will give-it, a wonderful tight, moist crumb with the sweetness of a true cake, but with, enough buoyancy and tang to make it a great breakfast or coffee-time snack. So here is my Orange Cardamom Yogurt Cake. And does it help if I tell you it has extra virgin olive oil, instead of butter and flax-meal and that they don’t overpower the flavors in the cake?😏 Well, cardamom and orange perfume this cake, while flax-meal supercharge-it💪 with healthy stuff, extra virgin olive oil, gives it the absolute healthy fats we need and for the Grand-finale, Greek yogurt comes-in, adding some serious protein percentage💪, making it a “feast of healthy and mouthwatering flavors”🙃! How do you eat your protein balls?? Breakfast bowls have never been tastier: * 1 frozen banana blended with 2 scoops of hemp protein and 200ml Almond milk. * Add superfoods toppings: flaxseed, chia, hemp shells, additional oats (Needed after a post legs workout). * Whack in a Protein ball. * Enjoy 👅
Who says pancakes are just for Sundays?!? 🥞 I made myself some oat bran pancakes this morning (and it's a Friday-I know, I'm crazy!) and they were perfect for my first day off in a while.🙌
I made these with:
•3/4 a large banana
•A splash of @plenishcleanse Cashew milk
•A handful of organic oatbran
•A Tbsp of @prewettshealthfoods Ground flaxseed •A pinch of baking powder
•A pinch of cinnamon
How did I make them?
1) beat the egg and combine with the banana
2) Add the oatbran, flaxseed, cinnamon and baking powder
3) Heat some coconut oil in a non stick pan and add a large Tbsp of the mixture per pancake.
4) Cook for a minute or two on each side and serve.
I topped mine with Greek yogurt, @pipandnut Coconut and almond butter, frozen berries and a sprinkle of granola.

I can't say enough about flax seeds. I sprinkle them on my oatmeal every morning. I also use them when baking breads and muffins. It's easy to add this powerhouse to your dishes and sneak in some additional nutrition.
