Wk 4- day 1- I enjoy long romantic walks to the fridge 🤣. Meals-
Breakfast- protein smoothie
Snack- pink lady Apple
Lunch- 2x rice paper rolls
Snack- chocolate coconut slab
Dinner- Portuguese fish + kale salad + lemon
TRAINING- 7k beach walk
Funny correlation. Since I set goals and put my foot on the gas pedal to make them happen, opportunities have started to come knocking on my door. Make your goals clear to yourself and then you can make a work plan to achieve them 🖍

8 weeks ago today, I started training with my PT and learnt everything there is to know about weights and the benefits of lifting. Today, I decided to see how my results were coming along and I couldn't believe what I was seeing in the mirror. Im only 5kgs lighter but my trainer said not to pay attention to that since muscle weighs more. I've lost inches around my waist and arms, and it feels amazing. This alongside the #tiu21 meal plan is just a bonus to see results! Going mostly vegetarian (flexitarian???) helps too #yayyyresults 🙂💚
In ein paar Tagen hat meine Frauen Basketball Mannschaft ihr erstes Spiel der Saison.
Selber nicht als Spieler oder Athlet teilzunehmen ist echt hart besonders wenn man andere leute "Coached" und man regelrecht machtlos zuschauen muss wie die Person/Mannschaft "alleine" durch diese Herausforderung muss.
Es ist ein gruseliges Gefühl aber ich liebe es besonders wenn meine Athleten erfolgreich sind und alles wie geplant exekutieren 💪🏽😍💓✊🏾 Photo by➡ @chriswiener
