Spend time in the positions you want to improve.
If there's a movement that exposes more mobility restrictions than the KB/DB Sotts Press, I haven't found it.
I'm pretty sure kids must have named it "the happiest place on earth" after they exhausted their parents...who then gave in to every wish they had...and I said we were going 3 days in a row? Last hurrah before school. Anyone else going this week?
I get a lot of call with questions about the flexibility classes. 🤔 Is it like yoga? No, it's not a yoga class. We utilize dynamic warm ups and holds to deepen your splits and back and forward bends. 🤔 Is it aerial? Nope, everything is done on the mats or stall bars. 🤔 Can anyone try it? Yes! You don't need splits or backbends to start, just show up and we'll work with whatever level of ability you bring to the table. 🦄 Speaking of #stallbars check out this one arm split stretch. Motivation!
Tight quads from a weekend of full of sunmertime fun like hiking or biking ? Or maybe just from a long workday strapped to your office chair ? Try this hip flexor stretch in order to release tight quadriceps, renew balance & boost your functional mobility ! Remember to press the pubic bone gently down into the mat and pull the navel up towards the anterior surface of the spine in order to protect your low back, also do your best to keep the knees parallel to one another ! Hold 30 to 90 seconds each side and squeese the glute of the bent leg in order to get max stretch. -aliza

I love being able to work my business literally from anywhere. Beach, pool, home, sports events, school evebts, car rides, in bed, on a walk...just anywhere.
