I wanted to repost this to share these beautiful words of truth. Thank you @raise_ur_vibration ・・・
Here is how I gently freeflow my way back into alignment through written word and poetry 💓🙏🏼
I live in a vibrational universe
My body containing non-physical roots
Therefore it is easy for me to realign with divinity's perfection
By reconnecting with my truth
Miraculous healing is possible and I'm eager to be living proof
The source that creates worlds resides within me
So I do not doubt its ability to heal through me
As I release all resistance each cell realigns with perfection here and now
Wellbeing flows effortlessly when I simply allow
I trust the path, I do not fret
The universe has always supported me and I've never had a regret
I'm exactly where I am meant to be- right on time
I am supported, everywhere I look I see the signs
My body ALWAYS supports me and I'm grateful for its PERFECT feedback
To assist me in realigning with a more suitable track
One day I will look back, and more deeply I'll understand
But first I give it up to the all-knowing Hand.
Thank you universe, I trust in your plan! 🙏🏼🦋✨🔮💓#healingpoem#alignment#surrender#gratitude#healing#divine#flow#allowance#release#resistance
I always had problems with migraines. But by changing my diet over the past year, this was significantly less. Yesterday I suddenly got a really heavy attack unexpectedly. I caught me by surprise because I didn't expect that anymore.
I put my children on the bed next to me with a movie on the tablet ... curtains closed and I just sleept. Fortunately, it was over after a couple of hours. And well..with yesterday's weather lying in bed was the best thing you could do 😉
Learn the lessons and then let go of the YOU you used to be. You don't need her where you're going.
But, I get it. It can be hard to detach from our stories. We tend to cling to them so very tightly. I think it might be for fear of who we will be without them... Fear of stepping into the unknown. I've been there. That fear is REAL.
I frequently have to remind myself that I'm no longer living in the past, that I am safe, and that the parts of me that once served a purpose are no longer needed.
Then, with a great deal of love and gratitude, I can let go of angry and closed off Michelle. I can let go of hurt and protected Michelle. I can let go of victim Michelle. I can let go of struggling college dropout Michelle.
I can let her go. I can release the ME I used to be and I can move on. ✌🏻❤️🦋 #peaceloveandtransformation#letitgo#youdontneedheranymore#beherenow#whocouldyoube
"Why's your favorite rapper always babblin' 'bout his brand again? Like we asked 'im!" Review: milo - who told you to think??!!?!?!?! This is the first milo album that I've listened to (and, as of yesterday, that I've bought), but it won't be the last. milo is a MASTER of rhyme. I don't always understand the messages conveyed by his rhymes, but there is plenty of meaning to be found in this album, from critiques on the state of hip-hop to descriptions of his hometown. Plus, he gets to use "cuneiform" in a rhyme. COOL. Shoutout to all the featured rappers on this album, too - every one of them contributes a great verse.
It also helps that these beats and vibes are universal, even when milo's lyrics are impenetrable. They're lo-fi and dark but mostly also beautiful and smooth, with forays into other moods such as the sinister slither of "yet another"'s cut-up, dissonant piano and fluttering brass. On the more beautiful side is "embroidering machine", which has one of my favorite beats of the year. It's got a sleepy keyboard sample, comfy vinyl crackles, a smooth guitar solo, and GORGEOUS yet eerie harmony vocals that come out of nowhere and add healthy doses of melody and atmosphere. What a vibe. "note to mrs" also has a beautifully abstract beat that I feel might be able to trigger ASMR in those who experience it.
The vocals on this album are often modulated and twisted with effects like the wild echo, doubling, and pitch shifting on "landscaping" and the flange on the intro of "magician (suture)". I generally don't really know WHY these effects are used, but they sound super awesome and help define the album's darkly abstract identity, so I have no complaints there.
I have a ridiculous amount of enthusiasm for this record, if you couldn't tell. This very atmospheric and lyrical hip-hop album is yet another great one to have come out this year, and for me it's right up near the top if not AT it.
Highlights: *landscaping*, **magician (suture)**, *note to mrs*, paging mr. bill nunn, yet another, **embroidering machine**, *rapper*
Lowlight: idk (if I had to pick one)
