Move of the day from Hammer Power: Clean Squat Press
This move works multiple muscle groups which will raise your heart rate. Do 10 reps with medium weights followed by 5 repos with heavy weights. Your legs and shoulders will be burning!

Last year at this time I was just learning how to do headstands, but fell more than anything as I had no control. This year, not only am I in control and able to better balance myself using just the strength of my arms, but I'm doing this while 5 1/2 months pregnant!
