What does mindset mean?
Well, It’s like positive psychology for success in life and your goals.
Why is it important? Because if you aren’t where you want to be in life “yet” chances are there’s something mentally blocking you also known as limiting beliefs.
They are called limiting beliefs because they put limits on what your brain thinks is possible and it believes these “stories” of your limits to be true. There might be evidence of failure or there might be no evidence of any success. (which is Why representation matters) this makes it so that a person’s brain doesn’t believe it’s possible.
And if your brain doesn’t think it’s possible it resists actively in keeping you from “wasting” your time and energy on something considered futile.
This resistance shows up as Self sabotage. Self sabotage is when you knowingly or unknowingly do things that keep you from reaching your goals.
My job is to help you become aware of these blocks that are causing self sabotage, create a plan to overcome them, and help you get on the right path to success. This is so you can get moving on your purpose and change the world.
