3/4 cup of @kodiakcakes flour, 1/2 scoop @usplabs ModernProtein vanilla, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 egg white, 1/2 cup unsweetened milk, 1 small banana and 1/2 cup diced strawberries. Yields 5-6 muffins.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Day 2 Lunch. One of the things I love about Bright Line Eating is that you plan your meals the day before and then you commit to it. This is good practice for anyone trying to lose weight. The rationale is you are not equipped to make good food choices when you're hungry or really on the fly AND because this helps to automatize the process, which is something I think most programs are missing. I ate lunch today at 5:30 because #4kids and I was HAAAANGRY, but I didn't just mindlessly throw something in my mouth, because I had a plan, and as soon as I could, I cut up my mango, cooked my 6 ounces of broccoli, drizzled it with 1/2 an ounce of butter and a sprinkle of salt, fried/poached my 2 eggs, and then spooned less than an ounce of salsa on top, and then I wolfed it all down...but not before my 2 yo begged for some. It was 92 degrees outside when I went to get boba with a friend. It was so uncomfortably hot with no A/C so a cool drink was worth the little wait. My grapefruit green tea with lychee was really good! Grapefruit may just be my favorite bubble tea flavor. Didn't take a pic of my drink but here's the inside.
Wore a dress today but still mirin the cuts ✂️🏋🏼♀️ something that is very important when you're trying to lose weight/cut/prep/maintain/not gain weight is to make sure you're still getting enough calories. It is important because while a choleric deficit is crucial in losing weight, if the deficit is too big, you probably won't last. You'll likely get sick, hit a wall or a plateau, or have no energy/motivation. Be sure to get all of those protons and healthy fats and carbs along with your water to succeed in a healthy and effective cut!!! 👍🏼👍🏼
