Seabream Sperm Sack Tai (鯛) Milt Shirako (白子) Nigiri Sushi with Ponzu 🌊
The only time I'd gladly have sperm in my mouth will only be Shirako (白子). An acquired taste & a delicacy in Japan. Served cold, creamy as the sperm sacs Blow their load in my mouth serving their Job well. 😅
ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: Shirako is the milt, or sperm sacs, commonly of a male cod. It's served both raw & cooked form all over Japan especially in winter season. 🎏
Sometimes ignorance is bliss. However, pondering upon it, many people look at Caviar as appetising, a delicacy, treasured & caviar is the eggs of a female fish. Wow we humans really do have a passion for reproductive specimens & means. 🖖🏻
G R E E N S | After the seriously hot weather last week, this rain has been most welcome and my garden is very grateful... A bowl of spinach and broad bean soup 🍵 also feels a little more appropriate when it is overcast 😊 The heat wave didn’t keep me from my green soups, however, as I made a large batch of the green gazpacho from my book, #GoodBetterGreen , and sipped a cupful almost every day, sitting on the edge of our pond whilst the little 🐟🐟🐟 did their thing. My boys also discovered a 🐸 that lives under one of the lily pads 😊 and have been ever so excited about the new family member!
Vegans rejoice!—there's a new plant based pizza in town @virtuous_pie. My favorite is the Curry Mile. Butter Chickpea Curry / Mint Raita / Roasted Cashews / Pea Shoots = Total flavor bomb. The smell of fresh baked bread is life❗🍞💯 Wie Versprochen wenn auch mit ‘nem Hauch Verspätung das Rezept für mein mediterranes Dinkel - Ciabatta... .
• 500 g Dinkelmehl Type 630.
• 10 g feines Meersalz.
• 9 g Trockenhefe (1 Pack).
• 330 ml Wasser.
• ½ tl Kurkuma.
• ½ tl grob gemahlener Pfeffer.
• 50 g schwarze Oliven.
• 50 g getr. Tomaten
Dinkelmehl, Salz, Hefe und Gewürze in einer großen Schüssel vermischen.
330 ml lauwarmes Wasser unterrühren und mehrere Minuten ordentlich verkneten. Mit einem Küchentuch abdecken und an einem warmen Ort mindestens 1 Stunde gehen lassen bis sich das Volumen verdoppelt hat.
Anschließend den Teig vierteln für kleine Ciabatta, jedes Teigstück auf einer gut bemehlten Arbeitsfläche vorsichtig flach drücken und zu einem ca. 20 cm Fladen ausziehen. Die klein geschnittenen Oliven und Tomaten verteilen und aufrollen, auf ein Backblech geben, abdecken und nochmal 25 Minuten gehen lassen.

As i promised here comes the recipes for our spelt ciabatta with curcuma, olives and dried tomatoes...
• 500 g Spelt Flour Type 630.
• 10 g Salt.
• 9 g dried yeast.
• 330 ml Water.
• ½ tsp curcuma ground.
• ½ tsp freshly ground pepper.
• 50 g black olives.
• 50 g dried tomatoes
Mix the flour, salt, yeast and spices in a big bowl together. Then add 330 ml hand warm water and knead it properly for few minutes to a smooth dough. Cover with a kitchen towel and let the dough rise at a warm place for one hour. Put the dough on a well floured worktop and cut it into quarters for small ciabatta. Stretch everyone flat to 20 cm big pieces and sprinkle the cutted olives and tomatoes and roll it up. Set the dough on a baking tray,cover it and let it raise for another 25 minutes.
Preheat the oven on 225 degrees. Put a refractory bowl with water into the oven for the steam and bake the ciabatta for 25 - 30 minutes!

Nemu ini pas kerumah sodara, jadi menu buka puasa syawal. Kemaren ngidam pengen banget ini dan akhirnya kesampaian. Kalo nyokap bilang ini namanya "GORENG", sempet bingung sih karena nama aslinya pasti bukan itu, jadi ini tuh campuran tahu yg digoreng, tauge, kol, dan terakhir tambahin seledri sama bawang goreng, yang bikin makanan ini mantep banget yaitu kuahnya! Kuahnya mirip kuah tahu gejrot, tapi ini harus dimasak dulu kuahnya dicampur bumbu macem bawang merah, bawang putih, plus cabai. Kalo di tempat kalian makanan ini namanya apa ya?
